JPMorgan Chase review: Refused service

Dear Chase Bank,
Sad time in 2020 when you go to your Chase bank on Warren street in Dearborn Heights and the person you see to assist you, turns you away stating that I had no appointment and she and other representative were booked with appointments for the next 2 weeks. I feel your new procedure is inappropriate and insensitive! When did this appointment system begin?
We are advised to stay in our bubble, but I was out of my home to pick up medication. During this pandemic time she advised me to travel to another bank!? I arrived early to the bank and there was one person to see the representatives, and that was me. I explained that the reason I came into the branch was because I am hearing challenged and understand much better in person. And, still I was not shown compassion.
Once again, I'm don't understand a 12/24/2020 reversal transaction activity on my account. A couple months back my debit card was shut down and a new one issued. My account was credited for the fraudulent activities now it appears the credit was reversed!
