JPMorgan Chase review: Lack of notary service at 3 chase banks.

In the past we have had excellent service at 2 of the Chase Banks we normally deal with, but not recently. We have been to the one on 95th Ave. and Camelback Rd. in Glendale 3 times recently to get 1 document notarized and each time were told they did not have a notary available. I asked "Do I need to make an appointment?", I was told no and "Try again tomorrow". We went to 2 other locations and told they had no notary on duty. I am trying a UPS office today and still surprised more people that work at Chase are unable to notarize document for their customers
