Jolly Chicmy return payment

hi I ordered a coat from jolly chic at an excellent price when it arrived I tried it on but it was too small!!! so I filed a return with them and it was accepted but I had to take it to the post office to send back to them I don't think there was an option for them to collect the parcel from me to take back anyway the post office charged me £17.20 to return the coat!!! i'm sorry but this is unreasonable and i'm very annoyed! I would never have ordered the coat in the first place if I had known that this is the amount they would be charging to send it back! I would like something to be done about this asap please!

    JollyChic.compurchased clothing

    I purchased for dresses from JollyChic a few weeks back. I ordered all size 4 dresses and received size 8's. When I started a return/refund I was told that they excepted the return but that I had to pay to ship the product back to the company. Only to find out that I had to ship the package to China and it was going to cost me $95. My original order was only worth $70. The quality was poor, customer service is nonexistent, and I can't get a response from them to get my refund. This company is a scam and what ever you do, do not order off of their website!

      JollyChic.comwrong size lousy service, not recommended!

      I made a large order to benefit express delivery and to perform it I had to send countless emails when I got terrible service wrong answers Chat and Email. It took almost a week before sending the order. When I got the order, I discovered that all the clothes sizes were huge and not close to what I ordered. Also ordered a necklace and it came broken. Just the thought of correspondence with them again on returning the products tiring me. Not recommended to order in general, it is better to pay more and receive good service and good quality products and your correct size!

        I placed an order on 27th of november and paid through credit card, as per their policy shipping should be within maximum of 5 days, now we are in the 10th day and still my order in preparation process. The big issue that I am trying to reach them in customer service but all their free tolls are not working or no answer. I tried also to mail them many times but no reply from them.           I have made several orders with jollychic. I love the clothes and happy with the quality (most of the time) for the price. On two orders items were duplicated. When I ordered there was one one but after billing and conformation the item would be duplicated. The first time I thought it was my error so didn't do anything. However the second time it happened I knew it wasn't my error as I triple checked everything before putting through. When I contacted customer care I was asked to provide more information over and over again. Then when I had provided the information on several occasions they just stopped replying to me! I've had bad customer service before but to have a customer have to constantly contact and then get the run around is atrocious. As I said I love the clothes but I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Very shady behaviour!

            Horrible business. Do not waste your time or money with this establishment. They lie. I was supposed to get my shipment one week ago. However it still hasn't arrived. I Contacted the carrier DHL and they haven't even received the package for shipment. When I talked to jolly chic, they said it was stuck in customs. How can it be stuck in customs when it hasn't even shipped yet? I am very mad at myself for not checking this Chinese company out more.

              I ordered a jacket off the website jolly chic on the 11/8/2015.
              My order number was M2015081205345576.
              I emailed the customer care team on number occasions ( 21/8/15, 24/8/15 28/8/15 &29/8/15 & 30/8/15) . With every response I found my questions weren't being answered but rather avoided or the same answers given again as if it was hassle to respond to a paying customer. The Communication skills of your customer care team are shoddy at best.
              My questions were in relation to the delivery address as i was moving address at the end of August, I presumed that my delivery would have arrived long before that considering the delivery charge and the fact that in a email i received yesterday i was informed that on the 20/8/15 my package arrived at the destination airport. 10 days later still no sign of the package and now if my package ever arrives i wont be in the house to collect it.
              This is by far one of the worst on line shopping experiences ive had. They take the money from your account that day and from then on they don't care.

                Jollychicawful quality and wrong sizes

                I placed an order with JollyChic.com at the end of June 2015. The items on the pictures looked great and I made sure to pick the right sizes, believe me. First of all it took more than a week for Jollychic to put the order together, then it was sitting at their warehouse waiting for pick up for another week. I ordered most of the items (if not all of them) for my vacation trip, so went on vacation before the order arrived of course because it took forever for it to arrive. Once I got back: 1. The Items were not wearable, meaning the quality was so bad that I would never wear anything like that even for free. 2. Once I got back from my vacation and took a look at my order, it was past 7day return deadline- so now I am stuck with this garbage!!! Some items are mismatched - the top is Medium and the skirt is a size 0 (2-piece set so to speak). The quality of the material was worse than some cheap underwear and it was supposed to be a nice skirt with a top that looked very nice on the picture. Jollychic copies (probably illegally) pictures from other websites and then have the items created in someone's closet. They don't care about the quality of the material or the product in general. Do not order through this site, it's a scam.

                    I have recently had a similar experience to an earlier comment.
                    I placed an order for items in excess of £80.00. Items were for my holiday but arrived late after I had gone. The items are of the poorest quality and un wearable. The funniest thing is the sizing. I should have been a little more suspicious when the size guide charts stated that a UK 14 was an XXL in the manufacturers size chart. The items are actually an XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL. I could get in to them 10 times over. I have emailed the customer services who have not bothered to reply and looking at all the feedback do not think I will pursue. I will write this off as a very bad and stupid mistake, but will endeavour to ensure all my friends and family get a warning about Jolly chick. So if you are thinking of buying from them, think again and don't do it.

                  Jolly Chiccannot return orders!

                  Just want to add a recent complaint to the others on the site. Do NOT order from this company especially if you live in the US. They are located in China and if there is anything wrong w/ your item and you need to return it the cost to return will probably be higher than the amount you paid for the order! Also their sizing is WAY off. Their size chart gives no true indication of the size that you are ordering. My items were fine as far as quality but they were at least 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered even though they were marked as the size I ordered. Just do not order from them you will regret it!

                      I also had a problem with an item I ordered from Jolly Chic. The size indicated the bust to be 46". When I tried it on, all the pleats in the bodice stretched out to accommodate a 46" bust! Cheap material, no stitched in pleats. Dress I got looked nothing like the one on the model. Couldn't even wear it as a housedress. Return shipping is double the cost you pay for shipping, with no return receipt. The website wouldn't let me leave a review for the dress to warn other unsuspecting customers. Customer service would not give me the name of the president of the company nor his/her e-mail contact. They just ignore my complaints now. Terrible company!

                    I ordered for $58 of clothing and have been charged but after 1 month, no order received although their commitment is a 10 to 15 days delivery for France !
                    I have contacted the company 3 times and always the same answer : please wait you will receive your order.
                    DO NOT BUY from this company, the clothing are affordable but you will loose money for sure !
