ReadyRefresh A Refreshing Disaster

As someone deeply passionate about the purity and quality of natural spring water, it pains me to see the disarray surrounding Ozarka Natural Spring Water's delivery service. The reviews paint a bleak picture - from constant delays and missing portions of orders to exorbitant charges and unresponsive customer service, it seems like a journey through a parched desert rather than a refreshing oasis. Customers recount tales of frustration, missed deliveries, and unresolved issues, leaving a bitter taste in their mouths. It's disheartening to witness a brand that should symbolize purity and reliability fall short in such crucial aspects. As a fellow water enthusiast, I urge you to tread carefully when considering Ozarka Natural Spring Water for your hydration needs. Let's hope for a revitalization of their service to match the pristine nature of their source.

ReadyRefresh Billing out of control--no accountability or itemization on bill

I have been a customer for at least 5 years. Service in all ways has gone downhill since then. It is now at an all-time low. There is no way to see what i am being billed for. Customer care reps are very nice, but nothing they "change" ever happens. Incredibly frustrating! My last delivery was suddenly "rescheduled" to the current day, which meant that i could not cancel. I was not scheduled to get a delivery in this month. I have way too much water now, and the bill is through the roof. No one answering on CS line...

ReadyRefresh Delivery on time and good communication

Jose
Is the delivery driver of ready refresh and has deliver water to our Aera area in belridge for lots of year and have never had a bad attitude with contractor or clients always very friendly and attentive with any worker as he does his work dropping off the drinking water, always asks if anything else is needed. And also when someone has any questions on delivery he stops explains it very thoroughly so that customers understands how the ordering process begins and how is delivered. Overall Jose does a very great job. Thanks

ReadyRefresh Poor customer services, delay in schedule deliveries

ReadyRefresh has not made deliveries as scheduled from 7/20/22. They keep apologizing and rescheduling but not delivering as promised. I have 7 empty bottles outside my home that has not been picked up. No representative can direct me to where I can drop off the empty bottles. I was told today the delay is due to the availability of products such as the 5-gallon bottle of water. This is the worst service I have ever received and will not recommend their service, it has inconvenienced my family and me. Please see a photo of their email response.

ReadyRefresh Glad I finally signed up!

I have been with readyfresh for a few months after it became impossible to get water bottles after the Coronavirus started. Customer service has been fantastic! Drivers always very nice and very apologetic about not being able to bring the water into my hone due to Coronavirus. Which is totally understandable. Last time they didn't have my water bottles but gave me what they did have on hand. I like that I can change my order up until the day before. And if I needed to get a delivery in between! Very happy and satisfied with ready fresh! Has been a life saver! All my kids drink is water, they love water. They're very happy with our new water dispenser

ReadyRefresh Great Customer Service

We had been having issues with our water cooler tower working and had struggled to find meaningful solutions month after month. I work for a larger company with 100+ accounts (some are active and some are not.) After 4 months without access to the water containers that continued to be delivered, we finally met Lee. Lee at Ready Fresh was a friendly face from the moment he walked in. He helped us to replace the individual part that was impacting our ability to utilize the water jugs. Not only did he have a quick fix, he really talked about how his entire purpose was to help people and that he felt that it was meant to be for him to visit us today. While not all customer service with this company has been great, Lee was a 5 Star review. Thank you to all the Lee's out there! We need you in this world!

ReadyRefresh What happenes

They started out fine. 1st problem, they would call me the morning they where coming to drop water. So I often had a a hard to giving them my used bottles. Now you might think I should know when they are coming but I usually didn't and if that was the case why are they calling me at 830am to tell me they are coming that day? Problem 2 - and really this is the big one. My credit card changed months ago and I have spent hours trying to give them the new card. Couldn't do it. Then I got a "your late and your service is stopping". I have been trying to pay them for months. They don't pick up and when get through on line it stops me to say they have sent my account to collections - I call the number for collections they don't have the account. So no one will let me pay and I am sitting with eight empty water jugs outside my house. Wtf am I suppose to do. Today I decided to wait the twenty five minutes to speak to someone. 20 minute in and the phone disconnected.
If iI ever get to pay them, I will pay them and then cancel my service? this way to time consuming? and I will tell anyone who asks - wort customer service ever?

ReadyRefresh Horrible Customer Services

We have a recurring order biweekly, and the driver came and took our empty 5-gallon bottles and did not leave our order. We are totally out of water and I have called them to bring our water the their driver did not leave, and they will not help me. They tell me they cannot deliver our order for 5 days. We are out of water and they are the ones who did not leave our order and we have to wait. I'm sorry they should be doing everything possible to get us our order due to their mistake.

Recommendation: Don't Use this Company

ReadyRefresh Mixed Experience with ReadyRefresh Water Delivery Services

Been using ReadyRefresh for over 3 years now because they sell 5 gallon Pure Life water bottles, which is a must-have for our household. However, the website has some issues that need to be addressed. For instance, you can't make important contact changes in your account profile. Instead, you have to print out a form, fill it out, and mail it in. This is a bit of a hassle, and even after doing so, a former employee from 5 years ago still received phone calls regarding deliveries until I changed notification preferences to email only.

Another issue is that you can't leave specific delivery instructions. You have to select from a short list of choices that meets only ReadyRefresh's needs. This can be frustrating, especially if you have specific delivery instructions that you want to be followed. I had to call their customer service number a year ago after a delivery was left outside in the broiling sun (San Antonio), and asked that my account be modified to reflect that I own a retail shop open only Tues thru Sat from 10am to 5pm.

My most recent issue with ReadyRefresh was when I ordered our regular five 5g Pure Life water bottles on Tues 7/26/22 and the earliest I could schedule delivery was for this past Wednesday 8/3/22. Normally we might encounter a delay of 3-6 days, not 8 days. Wednesday afternoon we received an email the order was rescheduled for Thursday 8/4. Come Thurs, no delivery, no notification. Today, Fri 8/5 received an email our delivery was rescheduled for Monday 8/8/22. Since my shop is not open, I called.

I had to wait over 13 minutes for a rep, which is a bit frustrating. However, the rep did a wonderful job keeping her patience and tried very hard to help me. Unfortunately, she ultimately had no control over ReadyRefresh's business practices. The first available date to reschedule was Friday 8/19/22, which is a long time to wait. She then offered free delivery if I accepted the date, which I did not. I asked her after waiting 2 more weeks, would this delivery again be rescheduled? She finally came back with the offer of a free order and free delivery, which is $75 plus a tip for the driver.

By the way, the monthly rent on our cooler has gone from $5 to $12 last year and is now $15 this month, which is a 300% increase in 3 years. This seems a bit steep, and by now, I should own this machine. Overall, this whole experience has left me feeling frustrated, and I now have 4-5 weeks to find a new supplier.

ReadyRefresh Disappointing Experience with ReadyRefresh: Unresolved Billing Issues and Debt Collection

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ReadyRefresh. I used their service for a whole year and it was great, especially since I'm a bodybuilder and need to drink a ton of water. But then things started to go downhill. See, my family moved in December 2021 and I forgot to update my address with ReadyRefresh. So when they made the delivery, it went to my old place. No biggie, right? I contacted them to change my address and they cancelled my old account and made a new one with my new address. But then things got weird.

Even though I hadn't made any purchases since that December delivery, they still charged my card in January 2022. I had set up autopay, so I guess that's how they got my info. But then in February, they charged me twice from the old account that was supposed to be closed. I disputed the charges and asked them to cancel autopay. They did, but then in March they charged me again! When I contacted them, they said they had no record of my payments and couldn't show me any invoices. I had to send them my bank statements just to prove that they had taken my money. And then in April, they charged me again even though I had cancelled my card by then.

It's now October 2022 and I just got a letter from a debt collector saying I owe ReadyRefresh $364. And get this - it's for the account that was closed in January! I tried to explain my situation to the debt collector, but they sent me invoices that ReadyRefresh suddenly had access to. I had asked for invoices multiple times and they couldn't provide them, but now they can? Something fishy is going on here. They keep charging me for an account that's closed, using autopay that I cancelled, and I haven't made a purchase since December 2021. It's been six months and I'm still dealing with this mess.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ReadyRefresh to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle.

ReadyRefresh Terrible Water Delivery Service: Overcharges, Rescheduled Deliveries, and Unreachable Customer Service

This service is the worst I have ever encountered. I lived in an apartment complex in Texas that advertised this service due to the freeze in 2021 in Texas, so a water delivery service seemed great to have in case the pipes freeze again. Instead, this company continually rescheduled deliveries, overcharged for services, and was virtually unreachable via phone or messages when these overcharges occurred. Every single delivery I had scheduled for a year was rescheduled at least two times, I was overcharged multiple times, and every time I tried to call the customer service line I was left on hold for hours, then only able to talk to some random employee who knew nothing about my account or history, provided no solutions or restitution for the inconvenience, and simply explained they had a shortage of drivers which was causing the delay.

My lease ended in August, so I scheduled for the ReadyRefresh service to end in early July, just to be safe. This means I had to put the water cooler machine (which I would be charged the full price for if it was lost, stolen, or broken in any way - which it wasn't when I was using it) and my roommates' and my empty five gallon jugs outside of my apartment (which I also would not be reimbursed for if lost, stolen, or broken) until the delivery drivers came. Again, my initial scheduled delivery was early July. It was rescheduled more times than I can count, all while my rented cooler and empty jugs were outside of an apartment I moved out of, and they were not picked up until well after I moved to another state. Luckily they didn't get stolen, but despite my numerous complaints and phone calls to the company to ensure I would not be held liable if the items were stolen since it was their fault the items would remain outside for an entire month, I was given no such sympathy. For this entire period, ReadyRefresh said they were not responsible and I had signed a contract agreeing to this.

This business practices are absolutely insane, if you can even call this abomination a business. They also do not let you delete your credit card information until your account is closed, meaning if you get a "charge" for BS reasons like I could have, they take it out of your bank account whether you know it or not. Do not use this pathetic excuse for a "delivery service" as you will never receive your delivery in the way you ordered, and they will continually "reserve the right" to charge you regardless. Do not use this stupid service.

ReadyRefresh Deceptive and Horrible Service: My Disappointing Experience with ReadyRefresh

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with ReadyRefresh. I mean, I wish I could give them NO STARS at all. I've read a lot of reviews about this company and they all seem to say the same thing: they're deceptive and their service is horrible. If you can get your water from somewhere else, I'd recommend doing that instead.

This isn't the first time I've had issues with my deliveries. In fact, it's the third time. My most recent delivery was supposed to arrive yesterday (Tuesday Feb 28,2023), but it never showed up. I called customer service three times yesterday and each time I was put on hold for at least 20 minutes. Each time, the agent guaranteed that my delivery would arrive. The last agent I spoke with asked me to wait until 6pm since the delivery window was between 7am-6pm CST. But at 6:10pm, I called again and found out that the office was closed. I suspect that the last agent I spoke with knew this and just brushed me off.

This morning (3/1/23), I decided to cancel my membership with ReadyRefresh. I called customer service around 7:15am CST and was put on hold for another 20 minutes. The agent in the cancellation department tried to convince me to keep my membership by rescheduling my delivery for Friday March 3rd instead of Tuesday March 7th. But I didn't want to reschedule because I was still missing the delivery that was supposed to arrive yesterday. I felt like the agent was trying to insult my intelligence.

As I was cancelling my account, I noticed that my Previous Deliveries Dashboard showed that my order from yesterday (2/28) had been delivered. But how could that be? If it was delivered, then it went somewhere else because it definitely didn't come to my address. This seemed really deceptive and dishonest to me. Why would they mark something as delivered when it wasn't?

All of this just confirmed my decision to cancel my membership and support all the negative reviews that ReadyRefresh has received from other customers on Google and Yelp. I'll be leaving a negative review as well. It's frustrating that they waste no time withdrawing payment from me, but when it comes to providing the service I'm paying for, I have to jump through hoops and deal with dishonest customer service reps.

I'm not even sure if the agent cancelled my membership because I haven't received any correspondence or email from ReadyRefresh reflecting this action. It's just really disappointing.

ReadyRefresh ReadyRefresh Review: Terrible Service, Billing Nightmares, and Price Increases

I gotta say, I'm not impressed with ReadyRefresh. I mean, I'm not one to jump on the bandwagon of negativity, but I gotta agree with all the other negative reviews out there. If I could give them a zero, I would. I've had so many issues with them, it's ridiculous.

First of all, my water delivery has not shown up not once, but twice. And I'm not talking about just a little late, I mean they didn't show up at all. I got a text saying they were coming, but no one ever showed up. And to add insult to injury, they charged me a late cancellation fee for an order I never canceled! I skipped an order, but I never canceled it. And when I complained to them, I got the runaround. I've complained so many times, I've lost count.

Their billing department is a nightmare. I mean, it's a complete disaster. They've screwed up my bill so many times, I can't even list them all here. But the worst was when they charged me a $20 late payment fee for a bill I paid on time. And when I complained, they basically told me tough luck. And don't even get me started on their online payment system. They say they'll send a confirmation email, but I never get one. It's like they don't even care.

And their prices keep going up, which is just ridiculous. I mean, I like to receive a paper invoice in the mail, but they're charging me $3 for it! And they've sent me invoices with the paper fee for deliveries that never even showed up! It's like they're trying to get rid of their loyal customers.

I'm chronically ill and I live alone, so I need my water delivered. It's not a luxury for me, it's a necessity. And when they don't show up, it's a big problem. And their price increases are making it harder and harder for me to afford. So I've decided to terminate my account, but I'm sure it's going to be a nightmare trying to leave this company. I've read reviews from other customers who've had all kinds of problems trying to cancel.

I've threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau before, but this time I'm actually going to do it. And I'm inviting all of you to join me. We need to stand up for what's right and good. Companies like ReadyRefresh need to be held accountable for their actions.

In the meantime, let's try to have a good day. Tell someone you love them, perform a good deed, and lift someone up. Maybe if we all do our part, we can make the world a better place.

ReadyRefresh Mystery Charges on Closed Account

This company has some nerve! After being a solid customer for so many years, I closed our account in January because we have moved. I spoke to someone and made sure we are paid up and she confirmed a zero balance. After a few days of closing, we removed our payment information being there’s no reason it should remain online with a closed account.

This company tried to charge my closed checking account AND when they didn’t succeed added a NSF fee because their fraudulent charge did not go through! Had a feeling after reading so many of these bad reviews that I will be one of their many victims.

Their past due notices were forwarded to my new house in NY and it has gone up to $80! I’ve emailed them and nobody has given me any explanation what the remaining charges were for except they kept repeating that it has collected NSF fees.

I say this company is dangerous and reckless; be very warned.

Recommendation: Safer to drink sewer water than use their service.

ReadyRefresh ReadyRefresh Water Bottle Delivery Service: A Nightmare Experience

I recently had an experience with ReadyRefresh and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. While I initially signed up for their service with hopes of convenient and hassle-free water bottle delivery, I quickly found myself struggling to get them to listen to my needs and concerns.

One of the biggest issues I had was with canceling my subscription. ReadyRefresh's cancellation process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. They require you to cancel through their comments section or by calling a number that no one ever answers. Even when I did try to cancel through their comments section, I was still billed for items that were not delivered and set up for recurring deliveries despite my request for one-time orders. The company also neglected to collect my emptied bottles and then tried to charge me $19.99 to collect them a month later, which I found to be very fraudulent.

To make matters worse, I found it impossible to get in touch with anyone at ReadyRefresh in person. I attempted to call multiple times at different days and times but the recordings told me that they were too busy and hung up on me after waiting through the prompts. After exhausting all other options, I was forced to cancel my credit card and file fraud charges against them.

I have since heard of others who have experienced similar issues with ReadyRefresh and it's clear that the company needs to make changes to better serve its customers. I strongly urge anyone who is considering their services to be aware of the potential issues they may run into and consider other options before committing.

Overall, my experience with ReadyRefresh was a nightmare and one that I hope others can avoid in the future. While it's possible that my experience may differ from others, I believe it's important to share my story in hopes of preventing others from having to go through the same thing.

ReadyRefresh ReadyRefresh Review: Fantastic Service But Terrible Account People

Last year, I had the misfortune of living in an apartment with poor quality water. Fortunately, a friendly ReadyRefresh representative knocked on my door, offering the service to provide clean and refreshing Zephyrhills Bottled Water. I swiftly signed up and enjoyed the convenience of having clean water delivered directly to my doorstep.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when my apartment rent doubled and I had to move. Initially, I planned on living with my sister, so I updated my address accordingly. However, when my friend called me, asking for help after being discharged from the hospital, I decided to move in with him and assist him during his recovery. Since he had filters on his well, we didn't need the extra water system.

Consequently, I visited the ReadyRefresh website in January and promptly closed my account. I received a confirmation that my account was closed and thought nothing of it afterward. However, my sister received three bottles of water the following month, and I received a bill. I was perplexed since I had already closed the account.

After writing to the company twice and getting the same response, I realized that their account people were terrible at their job. My account was still active, even though I requested it closed. Moreover, I noticed that I was scheduled to receive water in February, which made no sense since I already had it set to every two months. I wrote a third time, reiterating that I wanted to cancel the account and not receive any further bills, water, or any other deliveries to that address.

Despite my third letter, my sister still received a bottle of water in February, and I got billed yet again. I wrote to them again and again, pleading with them to take their heads out of the ground and acknowledge my request to have everything stopped. Leery that things weren't over, I wrote my sixth letter today, demanding that they cease all deliveries, billings and ensure that I don't ever have to deal with this headache again.

Although a few bottles of water may not cost much, the time and effort I've spent trying to sort this out have been frustratingly immense. I'm now even considering hiring a lawyer to represent me in ensuring that ReadyRefresh understands my position. In conclusion, while the service provided by the company was fantastic, their account people were terrible, making it easy to join but excruciatingly hard to leave.

ReadyRefresh Unreliable Delivery and Poor Customer Service: A Review of ReadyRefresh

After experiencing multiple delivery mishaps over the course of four years, we were absolutely fed up with ReadyRefresh. Despite scheduling deliveries well in advance, they simply failed to show up time and time again, leaving us high and dry. Each time this happened, we were met with lengthy wait times on the phone, only to speak with a 'customer service' representative who never seemed to have any information about why our order wasn't delivered. The only solution offered was to reschedule delivery for several days later, which made the whole process completely pointless.

Our most recent experience was the final straw. We arranged for a delivery for Monday, August 16th, but as usual, it didn't arrive. After calling customer service, we were told that the ticket was still open and that the delivery should still be on its way. However, by the next day, we were informed that our delivery had been rescheduled for Wednesday, only to receive another email the same day stating that it was pushed back to Thursday. The lack of accountability on their part was infuriating, and communication on the whole was practically nonexistent.

In the end, we decided to cut our losses and cancel our account entirely. There was just no way we could put up with ReadyRefresh's unreliability any longer. Fortunately, we discovered Instacart, which delivered our order of 5-gallon water bottles within just an hour of placing it - a completely different experience from ReadyRefresh. At the same price, we realized that using Instacart was certainly a much easier and stress-free option, and we highly recommend that anyone looking to avoid the hassle of ReadyRefresh does the same.

ReadyRefresh Very Poor Service

I have been a loyal customer since 2007. Earlier this year Ready Refresh turned my account in for collection. I had tried repeatedly for 3 months to pay my bill by phone as I have always done to avoid fraud issues that I have had with Bank Cards used online. NEVER since 2007 have their been any issues whatsoever regarding payment of my bill. I noticed that since the Pandemic hit February 2020 it had been extremely difficult to contact their office by phone, No one ever answers the telephone. The automated system puts you on hold and that is where you will sit and wait for as long as you are dumb enough to sit there. When I finally did get someone on the telephone they advised me that my account had been turned over to a collection agency. I advised them that I had unsuccessfully tried to get someone on the phone to pay my bill for three months. The Rep apologized admitting that they had had issues fielding customer calls. I asked her then why did they turn my account in for collection in light of knowing their internal problems related to answering calls in combination with my long customer history with Ozarka / Ready Refresh? I immediately contacted the Collection Agency to pay the complete amount. It was paid in full on August 19,2021. Today December 27th after speaking to three or four of their offshore reps about recently missed deliveries, I was told that they had no record of my payment. I immediately advised them that I could verify payment with my bank statement. I read the Rep the name of the Massachusetts Collection Agency also giving her their telephone number right off of my bank statement. I asked, why after talking to NUMEROUS different reps the last three months has this never been mentioned or brought up? WHY is this now all of a sudden being told to me? Why are my records more complete than yours? Why are you telling me all of these things that I need to do when it is clear that things are very messy on Ready Refresh's end? Every time I have talked to them over the past 2 to 3 months to schedule a delivery and pick up of empties they have scheduled the deliveries without any mention of any issues with my account. I am suspicious that this is something that the last rep that I spoke to pulled out of the air to try to justify why they did not show for SCHEDULED deliveries and pick up of empties.

LAST WEEK, THEY EVEN SHUT DOWN THE AUTOMATED TELEPHONE ANSWERING SYSTEM FORCING ALL CUSTOMERS NEEDING TO CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM TO DO IT ONLINE.

They have not shown up now for two scheduled deliveries for which I sat home ALL DAY two times waiting for them. I am a senior citizen with a very bad back. I struggled to put out empties for Ready Refresh to pick up two times and two times I had to struggle to bring them back in my house since they did not show up. I am in need of a delivery of water NOW as I have scheduled two times and not received.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH READY REFRESH. THE AUTOMATED TELEPHONE SYSTEM WILL PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME, THEY NEVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE. VERY POOR SERVICE, UNPROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE FARMED OUT TO OFFSHORE CALL CENTERS WITH REPS THAT ARE HARD TO UNDERSTAND, MOST DON'T MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

ReadyRefresh Worst Company, Worst Management & Worst Customer Service Of Any Company I Ever Dealt With In My Life

I am in complete agreement with every negative review that is posted here. If zero was an option to select in describing this company I would select zero! I repeatedly eperience a lot of the same hassle many of you describe.

Yes I also experience my water delivery not showing up not once but twice - two months in a row. I received a cheerful text in the morning saying that ReadyRefresh is arriving at my house today, but no one shows up. And what was even more humiliating was that I received an invoice from them after two consecutive
No-shows, charging me a late cancellation fee when I never canceled the order in the first place! I skipped an order but I never canceled it.

I message them with complaints so often that I am losing track of the number of times.

Their billing department is a nightmare. An absolute nightmare. There are too many instances of complete billing screw-ups to possibly list here in this review, but I would just tell you that I almost lost my mind today when I received an invoice with a $20 fee for late payment when I not only paid the bill on time but I also paid it way before the due date. Further, when I looked online at the billing details on their website, I see my payment posted with a date that shows I paid on time.
So I messaged them, again, and complained about this $20 late payment fee and adamantly requested that it be credited to my account. Well, I received this reply that bascially said: "We've already given you this courtesy before and we're not going to do it again." I wrote back and said: "But you're charging me an invoice that contains a late payment fee for a bill that I paid on time!" I am having a hard time believing any of these screw-ups are even real because they are so incomprehensibly stupid!

Here is another billing issue that drives me insane. I wrote to them about this and this issue is still not resolved. When I pay my bill online or via the ReadyRefresh app, after I review and send my payment, the site says that a confirmation email, confirming my payment is received, will be sent and my email address. I never, ever receive a payment confirmation email in my inbox. The best I can do is take a screenshot of the box that pops up when I am done my payment. How difficult can it possibly be to fix this? It seems like an insurmountable problem to this company. I gave up on this one.

I am coming to the conclusion that the customer service staff do not even read messaged before they reply to them. For example, and this is kind of funny in a really exasperating way, I sent them a compliment. One time, they resolved an issue to my satisfaction. So I sent them a friendly complimentary email. I do believe that when credit is due credit is due. And I do also believe that we must balance the bitter with the sweet, and the sweet with the bitter. You would not believe what the reply said. Then reply said: "We are sorry for any inconvenience that this caused you!" Obviously no one even read the
Nice-for-a-chang email that I sent in an effort to express my sincere appreciation for their effort. I almost feel sorry for their employees. Imagine having to work for a company like this? I honestly feel like the catalyst for these unyielding failures must be higher up in the chain of management.

All of this and their prices keep going up up and away.

I suppose I am old school but I like to receive a paper invoice in the mail - despite caring deeply and passionately about our evironment that is suffering. Now they are charging me three bucks for an invoice - a piece of paper. What drives me insane, though, is that they recently sent me an invoice with a $3 "Paper Invoice Fee" for invoices I should not have even received in the first place! I am referring to the invoice I received yesterday that contained the $20 late fee and a $3 paper invoice fee for a payment that was not only punctual but was also remitted way before the due date. And further, they sent me invoices with their paper fee of $3 for deliveries of water that never arrived! So they invoiced me for a service and products that I did not receive. We should call these invoices "UNvoices!"

Is Blue Titron actually trying to get rid of their loyal long term customers? It is almost as if they are sabotaging their own company. I am keeping a file. And this file I am keeping on ReadyRefresh is now over a few inches thick.

I am chronically ill and I live alone. I am financially devastated and I am losing my home. Not because of any payment issues but because this cottage I am living in is in a family trust that they are now deciding to liquidate. It is all about more cash. I am empathically and deeply aware that other people have it worse than I do. My point in mentioning this is to emphasize a point.

Receiving bottled water is not a choice or a luxury for me. I am on well and septic here. I have an old hand-dug well that is only 10 ft shallow. The water is disgusting. That is all l I will say about it. So I must have water delivered here. I must have potable water because the owner of the property I am renting will not provide it. So this is critical. It is critical that I not only receive 5 gallon bottles of water at my doorstep but also that I receive my water when I expect it and when I need it! ON TIME!. And moreover, I need the water to be affordable; their price increases are increasing my determination in shutting down my account.

So, yes, that is exactly what I plan to do: I am terminating my account, and I already predict that it is going to be a complete disaster and sticky red tape to try to leave this company. I read lots of reviews about customers experiencing all kinds of difficulty in trying to stop their ReadyRefresh service.

I also threatened this company many times with reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This time I am going to do i, and I am inviting all of you to join me. It is all about strength in numbers. I do not wish any business' survival ill will, especially in this day of age where companies are struggling because of covid, inflation, and the current war. People are struggling. I am struggling so much that the stress is affecting my health. I do not know about you but I do not have the time and energy to be managing these people all the time. I know you feel the same way. I lost my patience.

So let us stand up for what is right and good and report ReadyRefresh/Blue Titron to the Better Business Bureau.

In the meanwhile, I will try to have a great day. How about you do the same? Tell someone you love them. Perform a good deed and give of yourself. There's nothing like lifting someone up to lift yourself up. Perhaps the next person will "Pay It Forward," leaving this world a better place for all.

ReadyRefresh charged for supplies I did not receive

I have called ReadyRefresh four times, and no one can help me. They keep telling me that they will call me back and no one does. I have been charged $21.29 thru autopay for over a year but I do not receive water bottles because I cancelled my account once I received a letter from RR that they did not service my neighborhood any longer. I decided to keep the dispenser and pay a monthly fee until it was paid off. I then moved to a new home and noticed that I was being charged the above amount monthly. I called and they said they could not see the charge. I spent many hours on the phone with customer service with no resolution. They also gave me three different account numbers every time I moved but I think the one that is being charged is #[protected]. My other two accounts are [protected] & [protected] 76 Appleton Court, St Augustine, Fl 32092.

My email is [protected]@gmail.com

302 Wineberry Lane, St Augustine, Fl 32092

Evelyn & Joseph Arancio

Desired outcome: I need to be reimbursed for all the months I have charged $21.29 through autopay. I have my bank statements that prove all the charges.

ReadyRefresh account with Ready Fresh

I have been fighting to re-establish my account with ready fresh for 6 months now. I paid in full. Due to a sudden homeless situation I never received a bill from them even though I called for months they just kept piling on the late fees. They said my bill went to collections but it never did. I called collections and they said my bill was paid in full, yet Ready Fresh said they had pulled my bill back into their own collections and I paid more money and they still will not unlock my account .

Desired outcome: refund and access to my account

in April of 2023, i was faced with a homeless situation. I stopped my deliveries and had a balance of $32.00. Due to no residence `mail got diverted elsewhere. Ready Fresh sent no bill but locked my account claiming it was in collections. I called collections and they stated I had no balance. Ready Fresh claims they took my bill back in house in with their collections. I finally after 6 months of fighting to get assistance, I paid everything over a hundred dollars, because they said so and yet to date, they refuse to unlock my account and every agent tells me a different story. Now today, after I gave them full payment and my credit card number, they tell me I have to pay more money and then they will unlock my account after another 48 hours. I can't talk to a manager, because they won't let me so who is going to help me?

ReadyRefresh ReadyRefresh Water & Customer Service

The 5 gallon bottle of ReadyRefresh water we put onto our ReadyRefresh dispenser smells like it came from a sewer. I called ReadyRefresh and after speaking with customer service, they transferred me to Quality Control and no one picked up. I was on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. I called back and was told that no one at Quality Control was available and they would call me within 24 hrs. During the call when I was trying to give them my call back number, I couldn't hear a word the agent was saying due to some type of computer/static interfence. This went on for another 10 minutes asking them to fix the noise so that I could hear the agent and it was never done. I gave up. I want ReadyRefresh to pick up the cooler and give me a new one, along with new 5 gallon waters.

ReadyRefresh keeps reopening my account.

I closed the account and received an email confirming: "This email serves as confirmation that your service with ReadyRefresh has been cancelled, effective on 01/30/2023. We have scheduled the pick-up of your 5 Gallon NPL Empties and Ambient & Cold Water Dispenser (No Spill) on Feb 9, 2023."

I, then received an email that they were sending me water on July 29th and they even tried to bill my account. After fighting with them again, they stopped.

Today I receive another email about their delivery policy being updated and it will affect my delivery for August 18th.

They have awful service, I called customer service and all I get is they couldn't find a supervisor to talk to me. REALLY!? What a horrible company.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH READYREFRESH.

Desired outcome: Close my account and quit reopening it.

ReadyRefresh Terrible Experience with ReadyRefresh: Constant Rescheduling and Lack of Communication

I usually buy a box of six one-gallon waters from Costco, but I decided to try out ReadyRefresh to save myself some time and hassle. I ordered five gallons of water and a water cooler, and everything was delivered as expected. However, things quickly went downhill from there.

On January 22nd, I received a confirmation text that my next delivery would be on January 26th. But the night before, I got an update saying that my delivery was being rescheduled to January 27th. The next morning, I received a text saying that my order would be delivered between 11:24am and 03:24pm, and to leave out any empty bottles for pickup. I did as instructed and headed to work. But at 4:13pm, I received another update saying that my delivery was being rescheduled again, this time for January 31st. I brought all the bottles back inside.

To my dismay, I received yet another update on January 31st, saying that my delivery was being rescheduled again, this time for February 2nd. I was starting to lose patience at this point. And on February 1st, I received yet another update saying that my delivery was being rescheduled again, this time for February 3rd. I couldn't believe it.

Finally, on February 3rd, my order was delivered. I was relieved, but also frustrated by the whole experience. And to add insult to injury, my next order on February 25th never happened. And when my April 7th delivery arrived, it was not a delivery at all, but a request to come pick up all my bottles. I decided to close my account after that.

Overall, my experience with ReadyRefresh was terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone. The constant rescheduling and lack of communication was frustrating, and it was not worth the time and hassle.

ReadyRefresh Terrible Customer Service and Defective Equipment: My Experience with ReadyRefresh

This company, ReadyRefresh, has got to be the worst when it comes to customer service. I ordered a black water cooler and 5 large bottles of water, but they only delivered the water bottles without the cooler. I had to wait for them to deliver the cooler, and when they finally did, it was gray instead of black. To make matters worse, the hot water function didn't work, so I had to get it replaced.

After 10 months of using the replacement cooler, it started leaking all over my hardwood floors and damaged my basement ceiling. I called customer service to report the damage and the defective cooler, and they sent me another replacement. But guess what? The hot water function didn't work again! I told them about the issue, and they sent me a black water cooler instead of the gray one that I had requested.

I had to send the equipment back to the company because they didn't send me the gray cooler that I had asked for. It's been over a week and a half, and I still don't have a working water cooler. The company refuses to replace it with a gray one, even though I've had the gray color for the past 10 months.

I'm so frustrated with this company that I'm going to send them an invoice for the damage to my home. I'm also going to let Costco know that they shouldn't be referring this company to any of their customers. Costco offers superior service, and they should know that ReadyRefresh treats their customers terribly.

If you're thinking about doing business with ReadyRefresh, don't do it unless you want to have high blood pressure and be aggravated all the time. This company is the worst!

ReadyRefresh Appalling Customer Service Experience with ReadyRefresh: A Warning for Nestle Customers

The experience with ReadyRefresh is absolutely appalling. While the water itself may satisfy, the customer service received is nothing short of terrible. As a loyal customer of Nestle, I expected a certain level of modern and fair practices, but my recent ordeal has left me utterly shocked.

As I was heading out of town for an extended period, I attempted to pause my water bottle delivery through their website. Unfortunately, there was no option to do so. I assumed that the delivery person would notice the absence of bottle pickups and take action accordingly, but that was not the case. Upon returning home, I found 24 five-gallon bottles of water on my porch. This is both inconvenient and concerning, given that it serves as an open invitation to thieves. It is unacceptable that a company does not take basic common sense into account when providing such services.

I attempted to cancel my subscription online, but that proved futile as well. I then spent 47 minutes on the phone with a manager who blamed me for the delivery and berated me. She eventually admitted that I could have canceled the subscription online, but provided no support when trying to do so. It became apparent that the company’s business model is based solely on trapping the customer and making it difficult to cancel.

A promise of a credit of around $65 was made for the inconvenience I faced. However, this credit was never received. Additionally, I requested assistance in having the bottles picked up due to my extended absence, to prevent any opportunistic thefts. While the manager assured me that this would be taken care of, it was not. All the bottles remained on my porch even after a month of being away. This is utterly unacceptable from a company with a name as recognized as Nestle.

It is disheartening that such a large company operates so poorly. This outdated business model is not sustainable, and Nestle is losing customers daily due to its archaic customer service practices. Negative public attention, much like the one that is being created here, will eventually break down their business model. I urge them to take notice and strive to provide better service to their customers.

ReadyRefresh I have been trying to get rid of ready fresh for years to no avail.

Ready Fresh does not live up to their expectations. Whenever I want to end my subscription, I'm talked out of it, and they never deliver on their promises. When I moved three months from my old address, I allowed Readyfresh to continue at my new address, and it's worst. I live in a gated Senior Citizen building. Now it's hard to get in if I'm not home. Somehow, Ready Fresh could get in and deliver the water on the 3rd floor via elevator. The water was left at my apartment door. Now when the time to pick up the equipment the same way, Ready Fresh claimed they could not pick it up on 4/22/2023 and has rescheduled. I now must miss a day of work so that Ready Fresh can get their equipment. This is causing me hardship, I really don't have room for the water and equipment, and the prices are outrageous. I'm a Senior Citizen who prefers to buy cases of water or drink from the faucet. I already canceled my subscription. Get your equipment are is going in the garbage.

Desired outcome: To be rid of Ready Fresh once and for all it's been a nightmare for me every since 2019 during the pandemic.

ReadyRefresh ReadyRefresh Water Delivery Service: Convenient at first, then disappointing and frustrating

and frustrating.

I have been a customer of ReadyRefresh for a year now and it's disheartening to see their quality of service decline. It all started out great, with timely deliveries and good communication. However, towards the end of 2021, I had a delivery issue where I received a text message saying that my water had been delivered, but when I went outside to retrieve my order, there was no water to be found. Only the empties were left behind.

When January 2022 rolled around, I had to reschedule multiple times before finally receiving a delivery in February. I was supposed to get a delivery on 2/10, but it never came. When I called customer service to inquire, they said that the drivers had until 5 pm to deliver. But that didn't help me since I was already waiting and ready for my delivery earlier that day.

The next day, I called again to find out why I hadn't received my order yet. To my surprise, the customer service representative told me that the minimum order amount had gone up to $25, and since I did not meet the minimum, I could not receive my order. I was not aware of this change, and it would have been no problem for me to add more items to my order to meet the minimum had I known.

In an effort to make up for the delay, I added an additional 3G jug of water to my order, bringing the total to $25. The delivery was scheduled for 2/24, but once again, it did not arrive. When I called to inquire, the customer service representative said that my order was cancelled because I did not meet the minimum requirement of $35. This was shocking because I was told previously that the minimum was $25. Apparently, it was a typo according to the representative.

I'm currently waiting to see if my order scheduled for 2/28 will arrive. The inconvenience and frustration of these experiences have made me reconsider continuing with ReadyRefresh as my water service provider. I appreciate the convenience of having my water delivered, but the lack of consistency and communication makes it difficult to rely on this service. I hope the company can improve its service quality and avoid these issues in the future.

ReadyRefresh Not a Dependable Delivery Service: A Review of ReadyRefresh

I recently had an experience with ReadyRefresh, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. At first, they were great at picking up the empty bottles from my business and replacing them with full ones. However, that changed and they started leaving full bottles outside my door without ever checking if I needed any, and they never picked up the empties. This led to me having more bottles than I needed, especially during the height of the Covid pandemic when my business was partially closed and I used a lot less water. When I asked them to stop delivering, they sent me new terms of service that included a fee if I ever wanted to cancel their service. I found this to be ridiculous as I didn't want to be charged for stopping a service I no longer needed.

After telling them to cancel my service and pick up the dispenser and any empties, they did give me a refund for the empties they picked up with the dispenser. However, I still had many full bottles which I had paid for, so I bought an inexpensive dispenser pump and used up the bottles. I then asked them to come and pick up the empties in mid-September, expecting a refund for the deposits I had paid.

Unfortunately, ReadyRefresh did not follow through with their promise to refund me in October. Today, I was told that I was not entitled to a refund as they had already given me one prior to picking up the bottles. This didn't make any sense to me because how would they know how many empties I had left versus how many they picked up? It seems like they may have refunded me before actually picking up the bottles, which is dishonest and unprofessional.

Overall, my experience with ReadyRefresh has been disappointing. They seemed to be unreliable and not very good at following through with their promises. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a dependable water delivery service.

ReadyRefresh A Long-time Customer's Mixed Experience with ReadyRefresh Delivery Service

I have been a long-time customer of ReadyRefresh and have had a mixed experience with their services. Initially, when I lived in my mom's house on the first floor, it was convenient to receive regular deliveries of the same quantity every three months. However, when I moved into an apartment on the second floor, I didn't realize the difficulties that would arise as the delivery was no longer accessible to me. I had to carry the bottles up myself, which was not a major issue back then as I wasn't pregnant or had kids.

After five years of living in Brooklyn with my family on the third floor, the delivery service has gone from worse to terrible. With two small kids and being pregnant, it has been impossible for me to carry the bottles up myself. My husband has been undergoing surgeries, so he cannot assist me either. Despite my account being open for 12 years, my deliveries slowly stopped being taken upstairs. The delivery people don't bother ringing the bell and often sneak away. This has resulted in me having to deal with 8-12 bottles at home or in the hallway.

I have tried speaking with customer service about this issue, but they seem not to care or even pretend that my account is closed, even though it is not. Not only have I received unwanted deliveries downstairs, but I have also been charged for them. This has been very frustrating for me as I am paying $50 for four water jugs, including tip, and delivery people won't even bring them upstairs.

This has led me to deal with problems with neighbors, and even theft, resulting in me having a lot of pain and struggles. Enough is enough; I am done with ReadyRefresh. I have decided that on the next delivery, I'll put it on OfferUp for free with a dispenser to get rid of it.

In conclusion, ReadyRefresh delivery service was excellent initially, but the quality has deteriorated over the years. With their lousy customer service, I don't think I'll be recommending them to anyone.

ReadyRefresh ReadyRefresh (formerly Poland Spring) Water Delivery: A Complete Disaster

As a long-time customer of Poland Spring water, I had high hopes when they became ReadyRefresh, but unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. For over 15 years, I had smooth water deliveries and never encountered a problem until I moved to the upper west side of NYC three years ago. Since then, it seems like every time I am due for a delivery, it either gets postponed or rescheduled without any explanation or notice. Initially, I thought it was due to the Covid-19 disruptions, but it has become clear that it is a matter of incompetence on the company's part.

Recently, I had to endure the worst experience yet when my delivery never showed up despite receiving a flurry of emails promising next-day delivery. When I inquired about my order, I was given a runaround and had to hold for 45 minutes before talking to someone. To make matters worse, they had the nerve to overcharge me for the last delivery, where I was charged for 18 bottles but only received six. This dishonest billing practice is unacceptable and has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I have made multiple complaints to the company, but it seems like it falls on deaf ears. Additionally, they call me begging for my empties' return, but when I comply, it takes them ages to come and pick them up. If they are requesting that customers call them to collect empties, they should at least have the courtesy to show up on time.

In conclusion, I implore everyone to avoid this company. Their incompetency knows no bounds, and their dishonest billing practices make them unworthy of our time and money. Save yourself the headache and buy your water elsewhere.

ReadyRefresh Poor Customer Service and Unprofessionalism: My Experience with ReadyRefresh

My experience with ReadyRefresh (readyrefresh.com) began on a positive note, with good service and a good relationship. However, things changed for the worse in September when I verbally requested that my supply be suspended until further notice due to a lack of storage space. Despite explaining the situation in detail, a supply was sent to my home in December, which I promptly asked the driver to take back. Unfortunately, company policy prevented him from doing so, and I had to send several emails to have the supply removed and my account cancelled since there seemed to be no way to speak to someone directly. After a while, they finally acknowledged my request, but then began sending me erroneous bills for payment and threatening emails.

Eventually, after numerous attempts, I managed to speak with a customer service representative who informed me that I owed $60.00 in outstanding rentals plus the delivery cost of the unwanted supply that was sent in December. I made it clear that I would not be paying for that supply since I never requested it in the first place. Despite multiple requests for them to retrieve the supply from my home, they have yet to do so.

To make matters worse, I have been continually threatened with legal action, but when I try to respond to their emails, they are always blocked. Frankly, I am tired of their semantics and unprofessionalism and have been seeking my own legal advice to address this issue.

All in all, I have been highly disappointed with ReadyRefresh's treatment of me as a customer, especially as someone who made a simple request that was ignored. I am done with this company and would advise others to avoid them as well.

ReadyRefresh Terrible Experience with ReadyRefresh: Poor Customer Service, Delays and Misinformation

When I signed up for ReadyRefresh in August for my business, I was initially thrilled with their customer service and their water delivery. However, my experience quickly turned sour when they delivered the wrong water cooler. They told me that the one I had ordered was on back order, and that they would replace the incorrect unit with the proper one when it became available. Although this wasn't a massive issue, it quickly became one when I encountered significant difficulties trying to resolve the problem.

I spent a considerable amount of time on hold, sometimes for up to 30 minutes or more, and was repeatedly prompted to call back at a later time before the automated system disconnected. This happened to me three times before I finally managed to speak to a representative who could help me. In the meantime, I was running to the store to buy cases of water, as my delivery dates kept getting pushed back, leaving my business without a reliable water supply.

To make matters worse, they kept switching my delivery days, often scheduling them outside of my business hours. Whenever I called to discuss the issue, I was placed on hold for long periods, or I was told that I should call back later. After several calls without any resolution, I decided to cancel my account and have them pick up everything. However, even after their team picked everything up, they did not close my account as requested.

So, I found myself on hold time and time again, sometimes for hours, just to close my account and receive my credits. When I finally got through to someone who could help, they told me that my membership fees could not be refunded. I was outraged and insisted that it was ridiculous given how terrible their service had been. The representative then transferred me to another department, but after another long wait, I was told that there was a 3-day cancellation period, which I hadn't known. I explained that I would never have signed up with such poor service in the first place, and ultimately, they approved my credit.

Overall, my experience with ReadyRefresh was undeniably frustrating and time-consuming, and I would never recommend them to anyone. I would go as far as saying that I would rather drink toilet water than use their services again.

ReadyRefresh ReadyRefresh Mistaken Delivery: A Frustrating Experience for Non-Customer Lois Shatz

As a consumer myself, I understand the frustrations that one may encounter from a mistaken delivery. It can be quite perplexing and inconvenient, especially if the company is asking for information that you never even provided in the first place.

Such was the case for Lois Shatz, who received an email from ReadyRefresh in response to their mistaken delivery. In her email, she informed them that she had never been a customer of their beverage delivery service, and thus was surprised to find 4 heavy water bottles at her doorstep.

While it is understandable that mistakes can happen, Lois only wanted to rectify the mistake as soon as possible. She was disappointed, however, that ReadyRefresh asked for information such as her account number and phone number, things that she had never provided to them in the first place.

As someone who values honesty and transparency, Lois simply wanted to give back the water bottles that did not belong to her. It's unfortunate, however, that ReadyRefresh seemed to be hampered by the limited information they were able to obtain.

Nevertheless, this experience is a good reminder for all companies to double-check their customer information, especially when it comes to deliveries. It's important to make sure that the right products are delivered to the right customers, and that customer complaints are handled promptly and efficiently. Let's all strive for better customer service in the future.
