Complain about my order day delivery courier refuse to deliver in my place while my previous order they deliver in my work place always
I have an order of 3items amount of sr252 COD supposedly to deliver last wednesday but delivery man refused to deliver in my workplace as i requested i want an immediate action regarding ds matter
Where is my shipment?!
Dear Asbaq express group,
I ordered from JollyChic on the 12 of November and the estimated time for arrival was between 23 & 25th of November.
But until now I didn't hear anything about my shipment! And the application didn't update the tracking shipment since 18th of November!
Please I really need the shipment before 30 of November
Can you inform me where is my shipment right now? And when it will deliver?!
Please faster as much as you can in the arrival

I'd like ask about the status of my shipment as there is no update since 22-Nov the last update mentioned is ready for pickup as today is the 4th day and the shipment is still ready for pickup. Kindly check with the delivery company.

Asbaq delivery services
Delivery man from asbaq with this contact number +[protected] complains a lot, he was arguing with me why he cannot locate my location when I already send it to him multiple times.. its not my problem if he cannot read the right directions.. he even told me not to order on Jollychic again. Please make sure to review this as it is unacceptable to have that kind of attitude towards costumer who patronizes ur item
I just ordered 4 times they didn't call me
I ordered some items but they didn't call me I tracked my shipment its out for delivery but they didn't call me I also tried to call them but can't touch them four times I ordered but no reply from warehouse tracked many times its showing your shipment out for delivery but anyone didn't try to call me its request to reply for me please consider as a valid customer

The delivery guy
He wants to wait at 1 pm until 6pm his not andwering he should be fired. I need my parcel today!
And he said i did not answer the call... I keep on calling him but his not answerung and he blocked me
Delivery to wrong address
I wasn't home and I have told guy who was delivering to leave it at security gate of my compound as I do with all my shipments, I have provided him with my correct location, I never found my shipment, next day I received a call that my shipment has been delivered to wrong location and it is going to be returned to me, and since then I wasn't able to contact the company and I tried talking to Jollychic but they just say it has been delivered and dont want to bother with me, I just want number for this shipping company!
The delivery man
Yesterday the asbaq express called and said he is on his way to deliver my jollychic order, then when he is already downstairs he ask me what is my order I said threadmill, then suddenly he said my order is not with him and it is a big shipment, he didn't even check what to bring, and he said he will deliver tomorrow morning which is today, and its 2pm already I am still waiting for my order. [censored]! Please deliver my order today because tomorrow is Friday its weekend!

Purchase order delivery
Jollychic Order No JI20053120233320494XXXX, was delivered to the shipping company, Asbaq, under Tracking Number XXXX081730, according to the information from Asbaq Express the shipping is in Dammam since June 6th without any further progress, according the purchase order I was suppose to receive my order as late as June 8th, the support from Jollychic is totally disappointing because they do not initiate any complaint file or open any claim towards Asbaq, and step aside of the problem without bearing any responsability. Asbaq contact numbers are incorrect or never answer.

Non delivery of ordered items
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I placed order on Jollychic on 13 Apr. Despite lapse of almost 2 months I have not received 5 items till today. Previously they said delay is due to arrival but now items are at Riyadh and cleared from customs since 19 May as you can see in attached pictures. One item was a birthday gift for my daughter which unfortunately was not delivered despite my repeated efforts. Every time I contact jollychic I don't get any response other than it will be delivered. this is bad example of customer service. Please do something as after this experience I don't think I will ever use jollychic
