On May 27, 2025 I purchased two tickets from Jet Blue through their aagent Reservation Club. The tickets were from Jamaica to Fort Lauderdale for two persons - my self Lisamae Gordon and my mother Winsome Gordon. The purpose of our travel was to bury my grandmother We were issued two e- tickets. The booking reference which we received eas 6A9CF1. According to our bookings the flight was to depart on June 5th, 2025 at 12pm. The ailine booking no for myself was FEFQCJ and I paid for the flight and carry on bagageUpn arriving at the airport we were told that we had not been on the list to fly at 12. After contacting the Jet Blu agent we were then told twe were on a flight for 3p.m. When I queried the change, the agent who was interacting with me promptly hung up the phone - cancelled the flight and proceeded to flag my credit card. The most malicious act I think was flagging the card but thankfully I had other cards which I could use. The delayed flight caused us to be just in time foe the end of the set session and frustration amogst persons who were scheduled to pick us on arrival. It was very stressful, and they did not bother to apolgise
