JC Penney

My sister, myself abd my elderly mother recently visited the JC penney store in the Quakerbridge Mall location in Lawrenceville NJ over the Holidays. My sister is in a wheelchair and mother has arthritis on her hands. They would not have been able to open the heavy exterior doors without someone's assistance. I am amazed that there are no automatic options for the disabled. We plan on filing a complaint with the ADA in violation of insufficient entry access to their facility.
