Thank you for your kind reply and attention. I haven't received any goods yet. It's been two and a half years since the Sudanese branch delivered their products to me, even though I swear I've been in constant contact and have a good relationship with them, and I've never been remiss in my dealings over the years. I simply don't know the reason. Please help me obtain the company's products. I am exhausted and have developed a heart condition due to my efforts and sending hundreds of messages to the management in Sudan without any resolution.

Claimed loss: There is no loss compared to the more than two and a half years of my life and effort.

Desired outcome: I only want the company's products.

Hello to the esteemed Japanese company. I have been an agent for the company for 8 years, and the company has not been providing us with the quantities it promised. We have never spoken up or said anything out of respect for its management and your excellent service to us.Since the events in Sudan, the company has only been providing services to twenty people. They sent me their account details, but then changed their minds and didn't even explain anything to us. We just want a solution to the problem of receiving goods.We are four brothers, and it's not fair that none of us receive anything, especially since my brother has been with you for 15 years. Please stand with us out of your sense of honor.Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and thank you.
