Jack In The Box review: Order wrong service horrible and food horrible every time

I live near the jack and box on Buckner and John west this place the staff is always rude racist and the food matches.. I try my hardest to go to the other one off 30 everytime but it's always busy... I asked for mustard lettuce and pickle only 3 times at the order screen. Extra pickles because they put two pickles every time I order a burger. I'm allergic to mayonnaise and I get order with mayonnaise and tomato only I back up and to tell them and she acts like i'm not at the window.. I get out my car to knock like hey hello she gets attitude and says I didn't ask for that... Ma'am i'm allergic to mayonnaise I always say what I want... She snatches burger and rolls eyes.. Brings back another burger that's cold with 2 pickles on it as usual I drove off and went to make this review.. This is my 3rd time even going there in like 6 months I usually only get tacos because they fail at everything else if the manager is not there early in the day I presume i'm done with them and won't be returning they need some diversity of some kind in there it's not a taco stand and that's how they act like screw you we don't need your service.. They need new management
