The outside of the business and the parking lot were clearly not being maintained. I am frankly shocked the city of Marysville, WA has not urged them to correct the conditions if they haven't tried.

On or about 5 July 2022 in the early afternoon, I went to this restaurant to eat. After sitting down to eat, A young lady, who was from the surrounding community, approached my table and asked me for money. After I said no, she went around the business with a loud voice, ranting about me rejecting her request. When I didn't respond to her actions, she sat at my table directly in front of me and tried to get a response from me again. First, she cleared her throat and said I shouldn't be in the business and needed to leave. She was comfortable in everything she was doing; this was not an isolated incident, and management allowed this to go on without interceding. Not wanting a confrontation with this person, I put my remaining food in the trash and left. My concerns are that while this person was not an employee, she was in full control of everything she did.

i visited the jack in the box near my house (jib#913)on 07/04/2022 @10:40pm, when i was finally able to put my order in i still had to wait another 20-30 min. to get my food and when i did i was quite naturally upset then what made it even worse was that the employee at the window had an attitude and was staring me down and handing me my order aggressively, i asked (since 1 would think i should be the 1 whit the attitude) if there was a problem and as her response she cursed at me continued to stare me down practically threw my drink at me and slammed the drive thru window on me. i would have just ignored it but what really got me is that when i drove off my 7 yr. old daughter that was in the back seat was crying and told me that she was so scared that she rolled up her window and got back then she proceeded to ask why the lady was so rude and ugly to us and she didn't even know us and we didn't do anything wrong we were just trying to get are food.

I went to Jack in the box in Anderson CA tonight and I ordered a grande sausage burrito and a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. I get home 30 miles away go to eat my burrito and it has whole egg shells throughout the whole thing. The young kid working was unprofessional she looked at me crazy when I asked for a straw for my drink she looked at the screen and said huh? Girl can you just give me a straw for my drink. There were 4 or 5 people working there is no excuse for it and im tired of hearing the covid excuse there was no cars behind me the person making the food if done correctly would have not had no dang egg shells in my food. I will never go to that place again it is disgusting and I want a refund.

The rudest man I have ever encountered in customer service..even when he did not give me my reciept, secound request, gave it to me all wadded up. So sorry he was having a bad day... I wasnt untill I went to have lunch at Jack & The Box!

I appreiciate you giving me all these rules on how I have to conduct myself on giving a complaint, but yet your trained employes are able to be so rude and disrespectful to customers who come in to spend their money. Shame on you!

New Hire is given a few hours of training and then they should be overlooked as they work on taking orders. Management should be standing next to the new hire watching them ring up the order. The new hire did not give Sr. Citizen their discount. I do not eat meat due to my religion and due to the closeness to this church's area one would think, they would understand. Yet my breakfast came with meat on several orders. Whatever they use to clean the coffee maker they did not follow directions and purged the unit after cleaning and served the coffee without purging it. Yuck tasted the same after bringing it back it still came out with the taste of chemicals used to clean it. The floor is not swept at the end of the night shift so cockroaches can have a meal, and the trash collection unit is not swept under it often enough. Bathrooms are often dirty and not properly stocked. Breakfast sandwiched looks like it is thrown together, often cheese is stuck on paper more than the biscuit. Biscuit toasted, not warmed, and appears to be removed out of your stock and just slapped together as is. The whole place seems to have a chill over its products as well as employees. The manager needs to step up her job and get the place in order and cleaned inside and out. I have also been accosted twice now while in eating.

I went through the drive thru at 12446 FM 1960 W, Houston TX 77065 on 6/12/22 at 3:15pm

I ordered 8 tacos and 2 large fries for me and my boyfriend. When I got home I realized I only got 1 order of fries so I called the store to complain. The person that answered sounded like a teenager and told me that I was only charged for 1 fry and dismissed the issue. 8 tacos and 1 fry should be $7.44 but I was charged $10.34 so unless fries are $5, I was over charged.

She never apologized and continued to insist that I was only charged for 1 fry but the math doesn't add up and there is no way to verify it except for doing the math based on menu prices and what was drafted from my bank acct since I was not given a receipt.

The cashier was were rude and yelling at me all I want to do was egg rolls instead of fries ask and paid for large coke and was given a medium didnt gave me no receipt then told me she wasn't going to help me and gave me the money back so I went to one across town and they didn't have any problems for what I was asking for.

I am a rape victim a sexual assault survivor me and my two dogs are on the street and struggling... everybody I see flies a sign at the exit of every Jack in the box all over Los Angeles! There is some discrimination from the management at the Jack in The box at Pico and Lincoln boulevard the manager told me I could not be on the sidewalk and your property does not own the sidewalk and me and my dogs were doing nothing wrong and then all the sudden a security guard comes over from your property and threatens to shoot my dogs for no reason at all and tell us that he security for the entire block but that's illegal he cannot secure public sidewalk and he cannot tell people that they cannot stand on a sidewalk and he cannot threaten to kill a rape victim's dogs for no reason at all! we were on camera by the way you can rewind the tape in your store because we were literally doing nothing wrong standing there at the edge of the street and the sidewalk not toward your property not bothering anyone and then your security guard for your store for Jack in the box threaten to kill a rape victim and her dogs it's all on tape in your store he threatened to kill me and my dogs! It's not illegal to promote my GoFundMe account and to promote my charity to threaten to kill me and my dogs for trying to be diligent and get off the street to try to support ourselves and promote our charity it's not illegal and it's not illegal to promote a charity on a public sidewalk. And I will take video of all the homeless people that you allow THERE to fly a sign and do what I was doing but not threaten to kill them or shoot them! That security guard literally walked up and threatened to shoot my dogs and my dogs responded because they know what it means to be shot at if someone says I have a gun I'm going to shoot you which is exactly what he said to my dogs and then he put his hand on his gun that's so illegal I hope God was watching and I hope the right thing is done. If that security guard stays working threatening to kill homeless people I will sue Jack in the box for allowing other homeless people to fly a sign and not threatening to kill them but threatening to kill me and my dogs a rape A RAPE VICTIM A SEXUAL ASSAULT SURVIVOR HAVEN'T I BEEN VICTIMIZED ENOUGH HAVEN'T I BEEN ASSAULTED BY MEN ENOUGH IF YOUR SECURITY GUARD WANTS TO THREATEN TO KILL ME THAT IS ILLEGAL.

Stacy took the wrong order. Made me wait for a very long time. When I realized the order was wrong. I went back, she was rude and mean. Said she gave me the wrong food because they were out of what I ordered. She said here’s your money back and I felt very embarrassed.

I went through the drive thru at Jack in the Box on Monday, April 25th, 2022. I was double charged $9.98, per my bank account. I have been trying to call the store since yesterday and they do not answer. That is not good customer service. I specifically told the worker if she was sure I was not charged twice, since another worker took my card first, put it in their debit machine, then I seen her do it again. No receipt in the bag either!

Need a refund asap!

They forgot 2 of my tacos after specifically triple checking with me in the drive thru line. They were too busy to give me more. Pay your workers more so these fast food working idiots stop pulling this garbage.

The jack in box location at 20255 59ave & Beardsley Rd in Phoenix Az has a very big hole at the end of there drive thru window ,please have someone fix it,
