I moved into invitation homes property in Douglasville Georgia on 2/7/2025, I was never provided a mailbox key. I was told that I needed to go to the post office to obtain a mailbox key. When I got to the post office they informed me that that is not a service that they provide. I reached out to my leasing agent several times for assistance, nothing. I have contacted the property management office several times for 2 months, still nothing. Every person I spoke with was from the call center stating that someone would call me back. I was finally able to speak with someone on last week stating that they would get a locksmith out and give me a call back. A week has gone by and still nothing. I FINALLY received a call back today from a property manager by the name of Tatiana stating that it is now my responsibility to get a locksmith. This issue needs to be addressed immediately. NO WHERE in my paperwork does it state that the mailbox key is resident responsibility. I have not been able to obtain my mail for almost 2 months. I NEED A CALL BACK IMMEDIATELY! This is entire experience so far has not been pleasant due to the lack of communication and customer service.
