I moved into my Invitation Homes property in June 2024 and was instructed by Dakara and Victoria to hire outside cleaning services due to the condition of the home. I submitted documentation and follow-up emails but never received reimbursement or a response. Two years later, I was accused of submitting “altered” documents despite no prior concerns being raised.

Desired outcome: Refund
