TurboTax review: Telephone support agents do not know processing problems

After 4 calls and 3 hours on the phone, I gave up trying to get help.
From the agent saying my share screen code was not suppsed to have a letter to telling me I efiled 5 returns when the system showed only the two I efiled.

And the installation of program updates takes a very long time or gets stuck.

I had an agent tell me my home and business could not show wash sales when the "W" code was on the input screen

Another agent told me he was not a CPA or EA but a pilot. Horrible
