I have been a loyal Turbo Tax user for years, after this year never again. I opted at first to do my own taxes which was always very easy. Not this year, so I chose to have them do my taxes. You guessed it, I owed. The advisor decided that is should do a standard deduction and never allowed for home interest, charitable donations etc. I will never use this service again. I would. Rather go to H & R Block. Awful experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
