They got me! I don't know the particulars of how, but they had been charging my credit card since December (about 8 months) before I caught them. Simple solution (these people know they're shady) ask for higher up and demand your money refunded from your credit card. I do think this is linked to Intellius because I too signed up for a trial with them prior to this scam.
