Bangalore Telecom - Excess billing (inst. fee broadband)
I have been charged (vide my telephone bill for April 2007), installation fee broadband Rs.250/- + Taxes. This in spite of procuring and installing the broadband by myself and after clarification from BSNL that no charges towards installation will be levied, if I procure and install the modem and broadband by myself. I have just collected the login and password for the same from BSNL.

I was wondering how I can put a complain for a service that i have paid in full and do not get what i have paid for. I run a couple of web pages with accuburst.com and my pages are usualy offline 12 hrs a day. Recently the pages have been inactive for about 4 days.
