I had ordered this package because windows antivirus xp 2008 free scanning ad claimed it found many attempted intrusions into my computer. So I ordered this product. There was also a file shredder offer which I ordered. Then I contacted a DELL technical support person, and he scanned my computer and recommended that He remove this above antivirus for me because it would interfere with the present norton antivirus program-which was not always on for some reason. Anyway, the DELL tech person removed that and installed a resident AVG antivirus--so when I went to install their file shredder program, my resident AVG antivirus sent me a message that this file shredder program from Windows was high risk and could be used to steal info and thus recommended me to un-install which I did and hopefully worked. The order numbers are 7137745 and 7137785. It was billed to billingsvc.com [protected].
Same thing happened except that they charged me for 3 programs... and I have been trying to cancel the order since.
The XP Virus Program interfered with McAfee and had to remove it.. The other 2 programs have never been downloaded.
They charged $114.85 plus some other fee for $ conversion.. I have requested my money back and have heard nothing from them. Order # 7676741 and charge appeared as billingsvc.com [protected] . Still havn't heard anything from them and no $ have shown up on account .
my code is: [protected]

Please can anyone take some action about this company.

I purchased 2008 antivirus early 2008; when I requested a refund because the program did not work, I went on-line, and I had to apply for the program. Then I ended up being billed again. I was inundated with pop-up messages that would tell me I had many many viruses and worms. Even when I purchased the product again, this program would not work.
I continue to request a refund, but receive no response. Is there an official board where I can file an official complaint?
A friend of mine also installed and purchased this counterfeit antivirus software.
She went to the bank to stop the transaction, but just was told to call the number indicated in the statement [protected]).
So, we called the number in the statement. A guy with foreign accent (Indian?) took the call, and accepted our refund request very easily, but I suspect he will.
I told my friend to go to the bank again, to stop the transaction with explaining that the product is fraud. I recommended her to print out the online forum and bring it to the bank as an evidence.
I think you guys can file a complaint here;
