WhatsApp review: Continuous, unjustified blocks with no response from WhatsApp support.

Hello, good morning. I live in Brazil and I am facing a serious problem with the WhatsApp app.

This is the third time my account has been blocked. Since the day before yesterday, my account has been repeatedly blocked, and I would like to know why this is happening.

Their AI is incompetent and does not help at all with real problems, and no human support agent has contacted me.

I did not receive any SMS, phone call, WhatsApp message, or any other messaging request asking for my two-step verification code; therefore, no one has access to it.

I use paid antivirus software on my mobile phone and on the two computers I use to access the service. If someone has invaded my account, only you know about it, because I cannot obtain this information anywhere, and WhatsApp does not provide any details about what is happening.

I will report again what I had already informed them, but it seems that no one reads it. I even recorded a video yesterday and submitted it through the official support contact within the application itself. There is already a ticket number open, but since I am blocked, I cannot access it.

I contacted Claro, my mobile carrier, and they informed me that my number has not been cloned. I work in system management for the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Piauí, here in Brazil, in addition to coordinating several drivers from this institution, and I use WhatsApp for my communications.

Currently, I deal with more than 350 public servants and more than 120 public defenders, in addition to drivers, motorcycle couriers, general services staff, among other sectors.

If there are any kind of complaints or reports, I would like you to assess whether they are part of my communication list and the groups I work with, as well as my family and friends.

I have most of my contacts saved, with only a few legal assistants and new interns who recently contacted me and whom I have not yet had time to save. This situation is becoming annoying and is disrupting my work and my personal life.

I have never engaged in any kind of spam dissemination or similar activities; you may verify this in my history. I use two-factor verification and have not noticed any unusual activity that would indicate someone attempting to hack my WhatsApp account. I also have two-factor verification enabled on all my social networks, including Meta platforms, as well as on my email.

However, as I am limited to websites available through Google, I have already asked the WhatsApp team to verify whether someone is attempting to invade my accounts, but I have never received any response.

I am completely powerless in this situation, as they block my account without any explanation. When I request a review, they unblock it but do not inform the reason, treating me like trash and giving no attention to my problem.

That is why I am reaching out to you to beg for help.
