IHOP review: Servers hands on food

The IHOP in Orlando, Florida, at 5203 S Kirkman RD, 32819, the servers put there hands on pancakes, and other food without gloves, the servers are not well organized, food is given to customers, one guest at a time, so guest can not eat together as family, friends, etc. The servers who are training other servers do not share tips. The managers are not being fair, even the hourly pay is unfair, only servers can make a living on tips. IHop should care more for there customers and employees.
