INTEC College review: Failure of Intec Collage to release the certificate for the student to who was first enrolled at Intec College on 11 January 2018. 3

Sindisiwe Bonisiwe Ndlovu (Student №: [protected]) first enrolled at Intec College on 11 January 2018. Sadly, to date, she has no certificate to show for it. Her mother, Mrs Zandile Ndlovu, has been communicating with Luqmaan Daniels and Ms Sibongile Basela, both Student Journey Officers, on a number of occasions to get her daughter’s certificate issued and released to her. But every attempt she made was fruitless.

On 10 May 2023, for example, Mrs. Ndlovu wrote this to Mr. Daniels and Ms. Basela: “We are still waiting for the certificate for Sindisiwe Bonisiwe Ndlovu, №: [protected]. Award forms filled and sent in March.” To which Mr Daniels responded on 25 May 2023 as follows: “We are gathering the results and we are in the process of drafting a progress report for you and we will advise you as soon as it is completed. I am just waiting for the exams and assessments department to provide me with the results. My apologies for the delay.”

The final correspondence from Ms. Basela on the matter, only after Mrs. Ndlovu made another enquiry, reads: “The assignment results are not yet out. I’ll revert to you soon as I will follow up with the assessment department.”

The Ndlovu family has not received anything but empty promises from Mr Daniels and Ms Basela. The delay in issuing the certificate for Sindisiwe has caused her pain due to lost employment opportunities. She cannot seek any employment without some form a qualification.

Recourse requested: All what the Ndlovu family wants is to get Sindisiwe’s certificate issued and sent to her.
