I wrote my exam June 2022, got my results that I passed. I've completed my qualification as far as the programme states but even after several enquiries how I'm supposed to apply for my certificate, no communication. Instead they sent me the same results in December. Still no word.
They've changed their channels of enquiries, assigned us student support or something. That same support never responds. Almost a year of completing my Diploma, I still have no certificate to show for it. No physical campus to go to nearby for further enquiries

Can you please STOP sending me account statements and charging me for services I have never recieved, I have sent multiple emails to your offices regarding the matter and it has caused alot of HARM to my mental health and well being and I have found myself having emotional breakdowns because of the harm the Intec institution has caused to me I had visited your offices In Durban and have been constantly given the run around, I was told to contact you main offices in Cape town and did so to a man that works there and sent him all the relavent emails and was told I would recieve help regarding my cancellation and refund but to this day I have recieved neither. I had made you aware that I am an unemployed youth that was nolonger with a job from last year hence reason for my early cancellation, I'd also like to make it know that I had not used your services in the first place since my login information was withheld from me and I was unable to access the Intec student site up until I was forced to request a cancellation due to a change in circumstances (unemployment), I was stood to wait 3 months that passed and I was not given any response

I applied at Intec College on the 21st of March 2022. I fully paid for my registration fee then I was told that I'll receive the study materials. I waited and waited then I was told that my study materials are online I didn't understand. I contacted the head office concerning it they didn't do anything about it. So I asked for a de-registration form and a refund. The form was sent to me, I filled in all the details and all that. I sent it back but still no respond. It's now 10 months

I applied to intec 29-04-2022 n fully paid my registration fee. The was no communication no study materials and when I call and ask for help no help was received both on call and email. I cancelled my application on 22 June 2022 after waiting for study materials n response to my request.

Nothing happened till today but they still debit my money and no response to my email.

I applied to study in Intec coll 2019 paid deposit and they deducted 1400 monthly few months later COVID-19 happened my wife lost the Job, I called to cancel the course lady on the phone promised to cancel and repay the money deducted and said the college will take 10% and we agreed but they keep on deducting and I keep on calling I was told not to worry money wiil be reversed but when I was left with the last R1400 then I finished R2400 of the course, I found out college blacklisted me while I they were deducting to me

As from the 24th january 2020, I have registered with Intec college south africa online. I have registered for a diploma in commerce: labour relations course.

I have arranged with fnb namibia for debit orders from my account to the account number provided on the enrolment form of intec college and money was paid into that account for a period ranging from january 2020 upto april 2022.

I started recieving statement that I am in arears with my payment schedule and after studying the intect college statements carefully, I realised that the fnb corporate service account number ([protected]) reflected on the enrolment form is not the same at the account number on the statement as per below.

I have send numerous emails to their emails ([protected]@intec. edu. za; [protected]@icg. edu. za and have not received any feedback from them. I am now listed on itc for money owed that I have prove of payment in full. the person that assisted me in the enrolment and registration is not responding to my emails any more and I am hoping that this complaint get their attention to attend to correspondence of international students that are complaining about the same thing.

Hi i have a problem i registered at intec college polokwane campus and prior to my registration i ask to change course.I filled form to change course and i emailed.But i never get respond and i never attended but intec account office keep sending me payment statement on my email and is destroying my life so i wan't this to be cleared.I try contacting Intec but no respond nothing...the service rendered to me by Intec College was poor and now they expect me to pay...how can i pay whereas nothing happends is like giving money for free and now my credit score is destroyed because of this...this is not fair.

I had submitted all assignments for my course during the duration of COVID and my assignments were not marked. I was told I need to pay them to mark the assignments. I had submitted everything, and it was not my fault they had a backlog. Noone contacted me again after saying I need to pay for my assignments to be marked, I called over 30 times requesting to speak to someone who can help or get a statement of results, but I do not get any response. I am so fed up I do not know what to do.

I just send a refund form on 9/05/2022 and despite form since i'been waiting trying to contact a branch they said they didn't receive a form after I resend it again they give me a case no... Must wait for the bourd. It be came worse they put me in credit bureau. They said I owe intec collage 14000 rnd for what course I didn't even submitte an assignment course I register online for that subject only to find out they didn't have that course for horticulture & landscaping. Only they do they bizzy debit money on my account after they told me piller and post must I wait next week it's been a year now. Please can you fix that mess my contact no [protected]

If we can not resolve the bellow issue with Student [protected]

I am requesting the conatct details of the ombudsman if not I am going to take the institution to court and request tuition fees back as no Diploma was completed due to lack of professionalism, response, help or conclusion from the instituition

I would like to understand as to why was I listed as I had not studied with the college, I did enroll as a student in March 2020 for a Diploma in Credit Management I was assisted by Loyd Nongobela, I did also inform him that I had a bursary from TFG worth R15000, then I would be paying the difference monthly via a debit order, I was debited R531 monthly then in May 2020 I called Loyd and advised him that I needed to cancel due to some personal issues he then advised that I send a letter and they will cancel from their side because basically I did not study the letter was sent but then to my surprise my credit score is being affected by this while the college had received an upfront payment of R15k then I was also debited for over 4months for services that I did not use they are just a scam because how do they charge me for something that I did not even make use off

The company i worked for had paid for my studies in full and i was advised that i would be refunded the money i have paid .i was advised that this would take 90days.i have applied for my refund in March 2021 and to date i have not been paid. I have made too many calls to follow up to count and have been told given answers ranging from if they pay me it will be paid in terms to it has already been paid and no to my emails being completely ignored. I was signed up for a course i didn't agree to and was then told that i owe them money. I was told this would be rectified but i am getting no response to my emails querying if this was done. I was told my course is being phased out and after being told i would be assisted there is dead silence now. I do not know if i am going to be able to write my exams or if this will just go down the drain. I want to complete my qualification but i received an email saying that some of my subjects are not available to write. I have queried this -no response to date. How am i going to complete this?

I don't believe what Intec is doing is above board especially an institution that is meant to be serving the public.

I have logged a complaint on hello Peter - no response.

I am at my wits end now i do not want to lose the money that was paid for my course.

i want to be able to write my exams before my course is phased out.

I want my refund more than a year later.

I went to enquire about my child re-writing her matric and the student advisor promised to contact us with in 5 working days , its now the 12th day with no response, iv mailed, text and called and he doesnt respont or reply,

I explained that im from a neighboring country and coming to SA is expensive

My student advisor name is Tshehla Skomolo in Bloemfontein.

I have been a student at Intec College since 2020 and have completed the 2 year program I've enrolled for. Since 2020 I have not received the results of any of my assignments submitted nor have I received any of my examination results.

I have been emailing and calling the college several times with no positive feedback or none at all. I desperately need these results as my livelihood depends on it.

The fees are paid and Intec has not made any contact with me.

I have been requesting my written and online assessment results for months and the response I get after loads of emails are that the results will be released on 4th October 2022, its now a month later and still no results.

We pay this institution thousands of Rands and do not expect to receive such pathetic and poor service.

There is no constant communication - when there is, its lies and very minimal information. The institution blamed the delay of results on load shedding - which is now over, so what is the excuse now? This very very unfair and extremely horrible as you people are taking advantage of us students who are trying to get an education but simply cannot because of this terrible institution.

come month end and your accounts department is on our case for fees (which are all up to date) but when its time to give us pleasant and efficient service nobody is around to assist?

This institution is a waste of my hard worked money! and I want answers as to what is going on! For this type of service you people should be ashamed to take thousands of Rands of fees from us!

I haven't received my assignment and assessment results neither have I received my confirmation letter for November 2022 examinations.

I need to re-write to subjects but I'm not getting any assistance. Firstly I struggle to get my final results and didn't receive any of my assignments back. I send numerous emails, I phone and consultants indicate someone will phone you back, but nobody ever does. They will leave you waiting up till your airtime runs out still no assistance.

Can someone please assist me .

I enrolled my daughter, Miss Le Roux, for Higher Diploma - Executive Assistant on 28 January 2022 and paid the full amount for the course R34 844.00 on 28 January 2022.

On 7 February 2022, in a telephonic conversation and later in an e-mail to Mrs Neliswa Mbulawa (Consultant Sales), I indicated that I had tremendous difficulty with Intec College to assist on 2 textbooks. I could not retrieve these books from PNA, Van Schalkie, Take a Lot or Mindmatter. I was sent from pillar to post and could not see that my child will get the assistance during the course that she may need.

I informed Intec College through Mrs Mbulawa timeously with ref to my concerns and requested a refund on 7 February 2022. Mrs Mbulawa confirmed my request in an e-mail on the same day.

8 February 2022: I submitted an e-mail with reasons and proof in the form of documentation to Cancellations and Mrs Mbulawa and addressed the Refunds Committee.

9 and 11 May 2022: I made numerous calls to Cape Town Head Office and spoke to Paleta, Michelle, Pela, Jacqueline and Coditia, None of them could assist me and I was placed on hold for 20 min at a time until I ran out of airtime.

17 June 2022: I drove to Intec College in Benoni and was horrified to find a vacant building. I then drove to the Intec College Office in Braamfontein. The reception indicated I need to speak to Student Support, Mr Ndanji who is on lunch, this after 15h00. Eventually I spoke to Mr Johns Ndanji and explained that no one is assisting in the refund. Mr Ndanji said it’s not his portfolio and he cannot assist. I explained I cannot get hold of anyone in the Finance Dept down in Cape Town and I have nowhere else to go. Mr Ndanji phoned a person and requested they treat this case as a priority. He also said the person dealing with this is not at work and not to expect the refund any time soon or the full amount as Mrs Mbulawa already received her commission. He assured us that someone will call us on Monday, 20 June or Tuesday 21 June, however needless to say we received no correspondence or phone calls. I followed up with Mr Ndanji.

29 July 2022: I received an e-mail and attached letter from Mr Lombard, signed by Mr Shakir Achmat RE: CANCELLATION REQUEST in which they deducted a R1000 and offered to pay R33 844. I had to accept this in writing and did so on the same day via e-mail and copied everyone in.

3 August 2022, 17 August 2022, 22 August 2022 and 28 September 2022: I sent follow up e-mails re the cancellation request (settlement) to this day, I have not received a response. It’s been 8 months and no one is responding, they are ignoring me and if you phone no one in the “Finance Dept” pick up. To this day I cannot get hold of anyone in the finance department.

We have registered our daughter in January. She wrote her first exams in June. We are still waiting for 3 exam marks. They firstly put a subject on the mark sheet, stating that the answer sheet was sent in for moderation, but she did not even register for that exam! The moderated marks would have been e-mailed on 16 October after the original date was moved. But nothing is received. NO e-mails are answered and NO telephone numbers provided even rings! And that after we paid R39000 for a two year co****. She was also told that she would be able to go at her own pace, however, every time she wants to register for a subject, it is all of a sudden not open yet for registration, or it is for the next year, and so we continue. We are highly disgusted. A call from Intec College would really be appreciated!

I completed my security management course last year in June 2021, I have been ever since trying to contact the school for my certificate but it seems no one is willing to assist. I wrote emails, provided the school with all what was required but there was no reply. I have tried calling several times for assistance now the phones are not even going through. please tell me what i should do next, the school fees was paid in full.
