I been bounced around by diff reps. No one helpin me speak to someone to get my refund. I dont wanna be in the program no more. On the phone, the advisor said the down payment was part of the reg and I get my money back if I aint takin classes.

I been tryna cancel my courses with Quantum University for 3 days. Ain't nobody gettin' back to me, nobody followin' up, and the receptionist keep bouncin' me around. They hella rude and talk over you when you tryna talk. Ain't nobody gettin' back to you or followin' up. I'm droppin' the course 'cause it took me 2 weeks to get a hold of a tutor for help with exams. The material is from *** and there ain't no captions when there's individuals speakin' on the videos that ain't english speakers and they hella hard to understand. When you need help, there ain't no tutor available. Lack of support, lack of follow through, and lack of accountability.

The receptionist said someone would call me back but no one did. I emailed them many times but they didn't say anything about giving me my money back. They only talked about the school and other classes. I'm frustrated that no one is helping me and I need my money back now.

They even shipped me devices after I told them I wanted to withdraw. Finally, someone named Ces emailed me and said I owe an additional $500 in fees and they're keeping the $5000. I haven't taken any courses or used devices and I want a refund.
