I'm dissappnted in the way Intec handling the case avout the issue of my certificate. I have done a NQ4 Level in Early Childhood with the Fika qualification in 2023. With may Emails and communications between me and dearemts related to the issuing of certificates was unsuccessful and with a lot of stories avout why the problem is delayed with the issued of students certificates.
