I began my studies with Intec institution in January 2024. However, despite my repeated efforts to obtain the necessary textbooks, I did not receive all the required materials. Due to the lack of assistance and support from management, I made the difficult decision to cancel my studies in August 2024 and sought educational services elsewhere.

My studies were paid for in full, yet I have not received the refund to which I am entitled. I have taken extensive steps to resolve this matter, including engaging legal counsel and sending a formal letter of demand. Additionally, I have reached out to 11 employees and members of management through email, but no one has responded to my inquiries.

It is deeply disappointing to experience such neglect after fulfilling my financial obligations. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide the refund without further delay. I kindly request confirmation of your receipt of this email and a clear timeline for resolving this issue.
