I signed up for EMT Certification Course on 20th September at EMS University. I was excited to start but then I changed my mind and asked for a refund on 26th September . They said I would get 90% of my money back because it was more than 3 days since I registered. I called and emailed them many times to ask about my refund but they didn't give me any answer. They said it was approved but they didn't send it to me. They blamed it on COVID-19 but I asked for a refund before COVID-19. This is my last message to them. If they don't give me my money back in a week, I will sue them.

I had a training with EMS University on the 8th of December. But on the day of the training, I got a message saying that it won't happen. They said it can be rescheduled, but didn't give a date and time. I waited for a few days and then called EMS at ***. I left a message asking someone to call me back. After 20 days, I called the same number and asked for my money back. Someone said they will process the request and it will be done in one to two business days. But I didn't get my money back, so I called and left more messages. Today, 01/04/22, I called again and asked why I don't have my money back. Someone said they don't know about the first contact and transferred me to someone out of the country who said they have processed the request and it will take 30 days to process. I told them that it only takes 3 to 5 business days to refund an account. They gave me the email address to complain. This is bad customer service! Don't do business with them!

I signed up for EMS University in 2020. They said it would be all in-person, but it turned out to be a mix of online and in-person classes. I was okay with that, but now I'm almost done and have only had two in-person classes, both for exams. The online part is just a live stream from the other campus, with no attention to our campus. I paid a lot for this course to become an EMT, but I don't feel prepared. The program is disorganized and the instructors are often late to start class. They don't try to include our campus. We pay the same as the other campus, but they get better treatment. It's not the fault of the instructors or administration at our campus, but the program director and administration at the other campus. This is not just me being unhappy, it's a real problem with the program. Here's the syllabus.

I gave EMS University $247 to do an EMT recertification course online. I picked them because they said they had instructor-led courses on June 13 and 14. I paid on June 12 at 9 a.m. and they said they would send more instructions, but they didn't. I tried calling the number in the email and emailed them, but no one answered. I finally talked to someone on Monday and they changed my registration to June 20, but they didn't confirm it. I don't trust them anymore. My EMT license ends on June 30 and I don't have time to wait for them. I asked for a refund many times and finally talked to the manager who didn't answer my emails. She tried to make me think I didn't pick a date, but I did. I want my money back. I have pictures of everything.

This EMT course was supposed to be mostly in person, but it turned out that most of the classes were on zoom. We only had to be in person for 3 of the classes, but even those were mostly for exams. The instructor in Tempe was really unprofessional and disrespectful, especially ***. We haven't learned anything and haven't had a chance to practice our skills. We have to watch the Tempe class practice on zoom, which is recorded and monitored. I have specific dates and times when things were said, including a HIPPA violation by ***. This school has scammed us out of our money and time. We've been doing this for 4 hours every Tuesday and Thursday since September 14th. We're almost done, but I think this is ridiculous and the ComplaintsBoard.com should investigate.

I signed up for the EMT course at EMS University, LLC. I signed up for the January 12th course (Section ***) which was supposed to be 14 weeks long. EMS University's website and registration site said the course was online because of COVID-19. But when I got to the first day of class, they said all classes were in person. I paid $50 to register, $945 for tuition, and $503.83 for books and materials. I went to the first day of class, but then I decided to withdraw because of COVID-19. I filled out the refund form and sent it to Ms. *** on January 19th. I had only done less than 10% of the course, so I asked for $850.50 back. Ms. said they would process the refund within 30 days. But since then, Ms. hasn't answered my emails or phone calls. I've sent many emails asking for my refund, but I haven't gotten a response. I want the ComplaintsBoard.com to help me get my refund.
