I had a black Galaxy phone and they sent me a pink phone as a replacement. They said the color is not guaranteed and it seems the warehouse only has pink phones. I can understand not having my color, but how do you give a man how has purchased a black phone, a pink one as a replacement? Absolutely any other color would have worked. I would love to tour this warehouse full of nothing but pink phones! They wouldn't even send me a case to cover it. Now I have to cancel the service and buy another phone.

Recommendation: Beware of fine print...not worth paying for it.
