Innomax Corporation

I had a water bed from Innomax Corporation and it got damaged. The base material got discolored and there were leaks. I sent them pictures and documents to support my claim. But when I talked to DAVE on March 10, he said they won't honor the 25-year warranty. Also, there was no warranty on my mattress that had 90% movement, which I had sent pictures of. DAVE refused to give me the phone number of the corporate officers or the number to China. He said he had connections and channels, but wouldn't give me more info. This seems like a clear case of fraud and denial of my money and product. I want two new California king mattresses, one with 90% movement and the other with 60%. I purchased a bed on June 22 and spoke to the sales associate. On June 29th, I informed her of my job loss and requested a refund. She promised to discuss it with her boss and get back to me. She called two hours later, saying the refund would take two weeks. I followed up on July 7th; a colleague promised to return my call but didn't. When I called again, he claimed the refund was processed on July 2nd, yet I received nothing. I've reached out to the CEO and Mindy without any replies. I demand my refund; their service is unacceptable, and I live close enough for a direct return. They're stalling, hoping I'll forget. This is a warning about their poor service.

I bought a $2400 mattress from Innomax Corporation because other mattress companies had bad warranties. They said they have the best warranty and work for the customer. After 3 years, my firm mattress got soft and my back hurts every night. I went to the store and the salesman checked my mattress. I showed him the indent with a yard stick, but he moved it and said the indent needs to be 3/4. I think the yard stick spot meets the requirement where my hips land. He said it's because of my pillow and didn't listen to me. I changed pillows as recommended, but got neck pain and back pain. I called another person and asked about the indent amount. He said it's 1-1.5 inches! I told him the store said something else, but he said he'll talk to the Loveland store manager and they'll contact me. They never did. They're not consistent and don't want to uphold their warranty or help their customers. They just say what you want to hear to sell a mattress. I have to replace my $2400 mattress after 3 years.
