AES Modules AES Modules: A Terrible Experience with Crooks Who Don't Care About Customers

I had a terrible experience with AES Modules. They are a bunch of crooks who don't care about their customers. I ordered a module from them and it never arrived. When I tried to contact them, they ignored my emails and phone calls. I was so frustrated that I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It was only then that they finally responded to me. They claimed that the module was lost in transit and that they would send me a replacement. But guess what? The replacement never arrived either! I was so angry that I demanded a refund, but they refused to give me one. They said that their policy was that they only give refunds if the product is defective. But how can I know if the product is defective if I never received it in the first place? It's just a bunch of BS if you ask me. I would never recommend AES Modules to anyone. They are a bunch of thieves who don't care about their customers.

I attempted to complete a sentence twice. Once with Chris and they other with Andy. I was transferred to customer service both times. The second time I requested a sales manager. I was refused by the customer service supervisor any assistance with a transfer to a sales manager. How do these people stay in business? The worst customer service I have ever experienced and if I were you I would not even bother to call.

AES Modules Horrible service and quality

Sales rep stated reman ecu for 2005 Mitsubishi, would be shipped, and arrive at my place of business in 2 - 5 business days. After calling daily when module did not arrive in 5 business, got run around will receive next day for over a week. It took 10 business days for me to receive my module. Sales rep stated module would come with vin number written and would only require anti theft reprogramming. Received module and initialized 2 keys for anthiteft and vehicle still would not start. Called back and after speaking to 4 tech told me vin was not written in. Well actually there is a vin and ROM id already in module. Well after purchasing $1600.00 j2534 flash programmer, Mitsubishi is having problems rewritting vins and ROM ids, and replaces ecus or modules with no ids or vins if their needs to be a programming update done to a vehicle. Module that was reman came with mounting bracket still attached, covered in mud between bracket and module, ecu. I really do not think they even took the cover to clean and inspect and just reboxed used ecu for an absorbent price.
