Marking machine 2030 (017301)
I purchased the stamping machine in late December 2020 and it arrived early January. The unit came with a software disk that was damaged. I have been in contact with their sales and tech department and have not been able to resolve this problem. Tech support directed me to a site to download the software and the driver. After downloading the software loads but the driver does not work with the unit control box. I have tried several drivers and used three different computers to eliminate the PC as a potential problem. Nothing has worked and I have not received any response from ASC for several weeks.
I just need this resolved, whether the ship me a new complete unit as an exchange, or new controller and software.

chocolate tempering machine
purchased a chocolate tempering machine. It did not work, it was broken, it was obviously a used machine. Emailed (many times to get RMA #) after repeated attempts i was told i would be refunded if i return the machine, I sent machine back by courier (on my dime) courier returned the equipment claiming there is no business at this address. They are lying that they are a Canadian company they are not they are only in China. I did not get my money back, paid over a thousand dollars to receive an used not working machine.
These people are liars and thieves.

I bought roll laminator from the website www.asc365.com. I received it, but it didn’t work. I contacted the seller and he changed it, but the second one didn’t work as well. I called them again, but at this time they refused to change it or provide refund. The seller was rude and told me that it wasn’t their problem. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
comes with Mac drivers but Mac won't recognize it. Emailed company and email bounced back saying company blocked email. The manual that comes on cd is very poor quality and obviously poorly translated from a different language.
I bought a new chocolate melting machine from this company; it did not work and looked used. I had alot of difficulty getting a RMA number to send the unit back
After sending the unit back by postal canada a week or so later postal canada returned my package (with additional fees) saying there is no ASC365 International or any other company at this address
