Matrix Keyboards

I got a keyboard from Matrix Keyboard from Matrix Keyboards on 26 October . I've been tryin' to check the status of the order. Matrix told me that the item was gonna ship on the 11th of Dec. I never got an email with a shipping notification. But when I checked today, 15 December, there was a generic message sayin' that an Employee got COVID-19 and they'll ship the items when they can. They didn't say anythin' 'bout refundin' people who ordered this item expectin' it by Christmas.

I was so excited to get this product, but this company has absolutely no customer service. I should've checked before I ordered, but the only way to contact this company is through an email address, and they don't respond. I made a mistake and entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order on 09/11/2022. I immediately looked for a way to contact them, but no response. I sent an email, and they said they would respond within 24-48 hours, but still no email. This was all before they even created a label for the product. It was still processing, and I couldn't edit or cancel the order. I even tried reaching out to them on social media, but no response. They created a label and shipped the package, but still no response. Finally, I managed to contact the shipping company, UPS, and paid extra to have it rerouted during shipping. I emailed them asking for a refund because I honestly didn't think I would receive anything, but UPS was able to deliver it to the correct address. The least this company could do is give me a credit or some kind of reimbursement for the extra money I had to spend because they didn't respond to their email. The product looks nice, but I wouldn't recommend or buy from them again.

I bought the 'Clix x Matrix 60% Keyboard' from Matrix Keyboards. The website said it would ship on December 11th. After I made the purchase, they told me to download a tracking app to follow my order. But I didn't see any updates about shipping or delivery. So I had to email Matrix and ask when I would get my product. They gave me two different replies. One said that they had to shut down because an employee got COVID-19. They said they would restock the keyboards next year and start shipping in four days after their 14-day quarantine. But I'm confused because they emailed me saying the keyboards were in stock when I ordered. Now they're saying they'll send it when it's restocked. And I still don't know when I'll get my tracking number or the product I paid $135.08 for. As a customer, I want them to send it to me right away with a tracking number.
