India Yamaha Motor — complaint regarding service of my, scooter on muthoot yamaha trivandrum
This is compliant regarding loss of service guarantee book in your muthoor Yamaha service station at ULLOR, TRIVANDRUM. I had given my Yamaha Fascino scooter for free service on 12/10/2019 Saturday at 9:15 am. They had not informed me after the completion of the service and then on 14/10/2019 only they had messaged me that the service was completed
When I had went to collect my vehicle they told me that the service book of my vehicle was missing.They had made me to wait there for almost 1.5 hours but no result . They told me that they lost the book. So I request you to take immediate action against this irresponsible staff and also find a solution for this problem .I need my book back . please do the needful as soon as possible otherwise I will move legally.
I had not taken my vehicle from the service station.I will only clear my vehicle after solving the issue.
