I was asked to deliver cash for the purchase of a truck. I brought the exact amount in to the facility. They took my cash and turned their back to me and they counted my money. I ended up $4000 cash short they argued with me, saying my bank shorted me when my bank proved they had given the exact amount they are thieves, and deserve to be in prison.

After setting an appointment by phone, I arrived to Trust Auto 15 minutes early. It was 20 minutes before I was spoken to, and 25 minutes before I met who I spoke with. My license and registration were ran, and I waited another 20 minutes, only to be told the car I came specifically to see had been sold. I remained calm, and listed other options amongst the inventory. It was after yet another 15 minutes of waiting that I was then told that the second car to which we both agreed I would see, was under maintenance after a test drive. This experience showed me that both the service of the workers and automobiles were both lacking, and I will probably never visit again, in my life.

I and my husband have been looking all over to sell our 3500 ram truck and have been to many different dealerships but this one was definitely the right fit for us. I would recommend this to anyone looking to trade in a vehicle or buy one they work with you in every aspect possible. Myron is definitely one of the most chill and workable people to help you get what you want and they let you basically test drive anything you want and they have no limit to how many you want to test drive. David also was a big help in us getting the Tesla that we have been wanting to have with him working on the prices that would work for us. You will definitely leave with what car you want long whether it's bad or good credit. The atmosphere of this place is just a good vibe and energy. Thank you again, Myron and David!

Salesman Nick f*** failed to return a few phone calls.
After discussing the trailer we were interest in, he said "You are paying cash right?"
That convo never happened.
Was not crazy about their $900 dealer prep fee (about 3 times a lawyers per hour rate).
He was to send finance apps and a method to leave a small credit card deposit.
Then he finally remembered that they had no ability to finance. I was on my own.
He did send the credit card form though... NON-REFUNDABLE $500 to hold for
3 days til we could drive the 3-1/2 hrs to see it.
Only positive thing... Nick sent a written quote that we used to get another dealer to
drop their price by 3 grand. We bought that one. I did not block Nick. He still sends me a reminder every day to sign the non-refundable gift to his dealership. Trust? Naah, don't think so.

A truly fantastic buying experience from start to finish. This is a well-run and classy, yet really down-to-earth, dealership and repair shop. They boast a huge inventory of beautiful luxury cars and a really wide and diverse selection overall. My wife and I recently test-drove a Tesla Model X and had a fantastic time there and were treated with respect, patience, and professionalism. They are top-notch, and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE visiting them. The reception was warm and casual, it was easy to get registered to drive it, and we had a very friendly salesman take us on a generous test drive and work with us to explore and learn the car from every angle. They really know what they are talking about, they are reasonably priced, have a great selection, are not pushy but are patient and friendly. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of, or pressured, or manipulated, like I've experienced at other dealerships. There's a real "family" feel among their employees, who joke and know each other by name and are genuinely helpful to each other. They are persistent to get your business and will follow-up and offer deals, which my wife and I didn't mind at all. It's good business practice in my book. Again, a really great experience overall. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you consider doing business with them, and next time I am in the market for a car, I'll consider them first to see what they offer.

Buy from here! Ok so I'm a couple days late posting my review from my experience with Trust Auto last week. I had a car I didn't have time to drive so I figured I would try my luck at dealers to see what kind of offers I would get. After two failed attempts I was recommended to Trust from my good friend. I decided why not try. When I got there I was greeted by a very nice person named Sami at the front desk (which was very clean and organized). I told her what I wanted to do and that I was instructed to ask for David. Sami got in touch with David and he came right out to greet me. We had a very lengthy talk about my car and after he inspected my car he knew I had taken great care of it and he made a fair offer. The entire process was so easy and David was honest and up front about everything. We made arrangements for me to come back two days later with a ride home and the entire process from there took only 15 minutes. I've bought and sold many vehicles in my life and this was the only time I left a dealer feeling great. David is a quality person. Extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Basically an all around great guy. I can only speculate that buying from David is just as easy as selling to him and I can't wait to need a vehicle so I can go back to Trust and hang out with him and buy a vehicle. If you're in the market for a used vehicle don't bother going anywhere else because you're just wasting your time. Trust Auto is where you need to go!

AVOID THIS PLACE! TRASH VEHICLES***. Any good review you see is due to them soliciting for it IN dealership while they prepare your car. I didn't go back far enough in the reviews to avoid this place. 2018 RAM Dually purchased August 21st. Had to replace the alternator 2 wks later. There's been an ongoing problem with this truck but I dare not ask them for assistance. I drove 2 hrs to get this truck. And their lead mechanic and again Myron was ZERO help in resolving this issue (see pics). I paid for an extended warranty that I have all rights to cancel within 30 days and did just that...but not that simple. They started to ignore emails and avoided phone calls. I worked with David originally through phone, text and email. Then worked with Jason and Myron in the dealership. However, when it came to getting my refund, I am now in communication with Nick who had nothing to do with the deal but I guess is the "big brother" that is going to handle it. After several calls and emails, it was finally canceled 2 weeks later without any communication and then THEY REFUSED to refund me my money with proof of payment via debit card receipt. I'm also still waiting for my registration. Let's see if they actually get that done. They are SHADDY. You will get the customer service you expect before you sign the papers and they get their money. Anything after that, TRASH! I'm attaching proof that can't be refuted. SHADDY SHADDY! THIS PLACE WILL MAKE YOU ALWAYS BUY NEW.
