i went to jeff belzer's auto group to check out some cars and the managers there were not cool. they were mean to the employees and even to me. one of them told me to shut up when i was trying to tell them my problems. not a good experience.

I had a bad experience with Jeff Belzer's Auto Group. I bought a car from them, but I couldn't check it properly because there was still winter dirt all over it when I test drove it. Later, I found a chip in the windshield, which is a safety issue, but they didn't fix it. When I opened the back hatch, I saw that they just painted over the rust instead of fixing it. Don't do business with these guys, they're not real salesmen.

I went to Jeff Belzer's Auto Group for service on my car and was shocked to find out that their labor rate was over $200 an hour! I couldn't believe it. I didn't see any signs or information about the rate anywhere, and I wish I had known before I scheduled my service. They charged me over $250 just to install a $10 hose! I think it's ridiculous that they don't disclose this information upfront. It wasn't even listed on my invoice, and I have no idea how many hours they spent on my car. I'm guessing they're too embarrassed to tell people about their outrageous rates. I definitely won't be going back there again.

I got a 2019 Kia Niro LX from Jeff Belzer's Auto Group and the car is great. But when I did the paperwork and gave them my old car, some things happened. First, they didn't check the car before giving it to me and there was damage and a rat ate a cable. Second, the maintenance costs $300+ and that's too much for me. Third, they talked a lot and I don't trust them to take care of me in the long run. I only went to this dealership because it's close to me. I like the car, but I don't trust this business.

I went to Jeff Belzer today to buy a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica. The sales guy was really rude. They offered me $3000 less than what my car was worth. When we said no, they left the table twice without giving us our keys. They even changed the price of the car to make it look like they were giving us more money for our car. I'm not dumb. I asked for my keys like 10 times. He brought a manager who asked if I wanted to start over with a new sales guy. They wouldn't give me my keys so I couldn't leave. I just wanted to leave and never come back.

I wish I cud give a ZERO star rating. Major "Bait and Switch". I wud never recommend this company to anyone. We were lied to about our daughter's "approval" and when it came to signing on the dotted line, they changed all the terms and mislead us about everything. I think they even mislead our salesperson (Donovan) who was actually a really great guy. We felt like they weren't up from with him either by giving him the wrong info to relay to us and sadly, the finance lady (Jessica) reprimanded him in front of us and in front of other people. I felt so bad for him. We walked out of there after that. Then, the next day we got a call to see how they did with their service (obviously, this person had no idea that we walked out of the dealership without buying the car) and when my daughter replied to the question with, "Actually we didn't have a good experience." The guys on the phone replied with, "Oh okay." and hung up on her. I was told by many people not to go to Belzer's and I thought, " Ah, there's always various circumstances and it can't be that bad" I can surely tell you that if this is the culture of that business and how they like to do things, I feel bad for the good people that work there.

I'm so mad at Jeff Belzer Chevrolet. I got a car from them like a year and a half ago and it's been nothing but trouble. The check engine light came on right after I left the lot (I wish I could have given it back then). They didn't do a good job checking it out and they keep missing stuff. My car started overheating and I took it to my usual mechanic. They told me the coolant was leaking into the engine and it was probably happening before I bought it. Jeff Belzer said they had to do their own check to see if that was true. They took like 5 days to call me back and said the same thing as my mechanic. They said they couldn't prove it was happening before I bought it. We agreed I'd pay $1500 for the fix and they'd pay the rest. A few months later, I had coolant problems again. I took it back to Jeff Belzer and they wanted to charge me for the check and fix for a hose they didn't put back right the first time. Then this summer, I had coolant problems AGAIN. I called Jeff Belzer a bunch of times and left messages but no one called me back. Finally, someone told me to make an appointment to bring the car in, but they wouldn't connect me to a manager or mechanic. When I finally got there, it took them days to tell me what was wrong. They said I needed a new radiator and maybe new caps on the passenger side (they said they fixed the driver side before). My mechanic said I need a whole new engine and they should have fixed it right the first time. I heard good things about Jeff Belzer when I needed a car, but now I can't say anything good about them to my friends and family. They're just like all the other bad dealerships out there.

I buyed a "Certified" 2017 Ram 1500 in April from Jeff Belzer's Auto Group. The truck had some problems that they said they would fix before I signed the papers. I made an appointment to get it fixed, but then I noticed more problems after I left the lot. I took it back to the service team and they found even more problems that should have been fixed before they sold it to me. They fixed some of the problems under warranty, but not all of them. They tried to make me pay for some of the repairs, but I fought them and they paid for most of it. I still had to pay $100, which I think is too much considering all the problems. Now there are even more problems and when I try to trade it in or bring it back, they say they will treat it like any other trade and the past doesn't matter.

Went to jeffbelzer.com to get some info and make an appointment for an oil change at the Lakeville location where I bought my truck new a few years ago. After searching the website and printing a Mopar (Dodge) oil change coupon that reads: *** Change $59.95 or a package of three for $145. They charge extra if the vehicle takes extra oil. I called the service department and made the appointment by phone. The person I talked to was helpful and convinced me to add tire rotation $19.99 to my three oil change package. He then said he would apply another $5 mopar coupon to that making it $15.99. He said he was entering into the computer as we were speaking. I said great and booked a 7:15 am appointment so I could get on with my very busy day. Upon arrival, I was told we (JeffBelzers) do not honor those coupons or packages. I said I printed it off of your website and spoke to someone in the service department who booked it! He said sorry we don't do those here but he could do an oil change for my truck for $99. That is quite a big difference. The old BAIT AND SWITCH. The tech then said do you want the oil change? I, of course, said no. He said I'll get the door. Off I went still needing an oil change and blowing the better part of the morning.
