I had applied for transfer of KVP from M College Sub Post Office Motihari East Champaran Bihar to Ranchi GPO, which was materialised. But information received by GPO Ranchi was having some typing error, again confirmation was asked by Head Post Master of Ranchi GPO. Proper reply was sent by Head Post Master of Motihari Bihar Which was misplaced by dealing assistant of Ranchi GPO. Again fresh reply was asked from Head Post Master of Motihari GPO East Champaran, Bihar but after a lapse of one year reply was not sent till date my payment is lying pending. When ever I contact in Ranchi Head of GPO his answer is I am waiting for reply Now what option I am left with please suggest.

Claimed loss: I am a Sr citizen living in Ranchi I want both The Head Post Master of Ranchi and Motihari East Champaran Bihar should act properly with sincerity the problem could had been resolved much earlier
