I only go to IHOP maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Normally get decent service & get my meal in a timely manner. On December 26, 2020 I decided to splurge & go eat at my local & only restaurant in Stillwater Oklahoma. Wasn't that busy considering it was the day after Christmas. Long story short, I ordered the big steak omelet with a hold on pancakes in order for them to be fresh & hot. There was maybe 12 in the section eating, waiting, & seating after I got my drink order to the finally deciding waiter. 2 couples that got seated after me got their food before myself. By this time, i'd already drank 3 cups of coffee & 3 glasses of water (had to ask for refills from 2 different waitresses). Needless to say after 30 + minutes after ordering, I finally got my food. People across from were still waiting for theirs to arrive. During this time-frame, 1 couple were disgusted & decided to leave. This is one day that I decided to not invite my girlfriend. Thank goodness because of the wait & terrible service. Unhappily, I paid $13.69 just for my meal & had no intention to leave a tip. What can you do to make me happy & want to visit your establishment again? - Bryan Nash (United States Army Veteran) ?
