ICICI Bank review: Home loan partial disbursement takes more than 14 days

I have raised a disbursement request for my home loan on 19th May 2026 and it still shows in progress. Follow up with customer care mail ids do not yeild any inputs. Visited nearest branch and they say its under technical review. No clear information, no one available to answer and process the disbursement. There is no relationship manager for loan, the earlier one has left and nothing is updated against it. No information no one to look after this is the service from reputed bank ICICI. Seems i have to change my loan provider to much suitable organization who can serve better
