Hi Customer Disputes Team,

I purchased an item on amazon on February 16th 2024 and the item was returned on March 5th 2024 and they have processed a refund on March 7th 2024.

Amazon has sent an email that the amount is refunded as shown below.

The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is _30005440664047204015240.

Your refund for the order [protected] of Rs.5799 has been processed successfully on 3/5/2024.

The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is _30005440664047204015240.

In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days from the refund date, please contact your respective bank’s customer care and mention the above Refund Reference Number.

If your bank is unable to locate the refund via the refund reference number provided, you can dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

I have not received my refund back until now. Please find the details of Amazon email details where they have refunded the amount on March 5th 2024.

Almost 2 months as of now.
