Farmers State Bank

I got a loan from Farmers State Bank and they sent me the title but no payoff letter. So I called on Saturday to get the payoff letter, but all the loan officers were off. I called again on Monday morning and talked to ***. He said he would get back to me, but I didn't hear from him. I called again on Monday afternoon and left a message for him to call me. On Tuesday, I called again and talked to a different loan officer. They said it was no problem and they would get back to me. I called again on Tuesday afternoon and left messages for both loan officers. I called again on Wednesday and they said they would get me the manager, but the manager was not in. I really need this letter because I am starting a new contract and I need it off my title. I have less than *** hundreds of thousands of dollars.
