ICICI BANK IGNORING COURT ORDER FOR 26+ MONTHS

I am a cyber fraud victim who lost Rs 17.8 lakhs in June 2023. After filing FIR No. 0781/2023 at Whitefield CEN Crime PS Bangalore, I obtained a court order on 12th October 2023 from 45th ACMM Court, Bangalore (Cr.No.781/2023).

COURT ORDER CLEARLY DIRECTS:
ICICI Bank to defreeze and transfer Rs 6,55,298 from four fraudulent accounts to my HDFC Bank Account No. 50100275987381.

ACCOUNTS MENTIONED IN COURT ORDER:
1. 077505500513 (IFSC: ICIC0000775) - Rs 10,000
2. 613405030568 (IFSC: ICIC0006134) - Rs 50,000
3. 792805500027 (IFSC: ICIC0007928) - Rs 95,298
4. 344005000961 (IFSC: ICIC0003440) - Rs 5,00,000

NON-COMPLIANCE:
Despite this clear court order dated 12.10.2023, ICICI Bank has FAILED to comply for over 26 months (2+ years).

ACTIONS TAKEN:

3. Compensation of Rs 7,00,000 for mental harassment
4. Explanation for 2+ years of non-compliance

This is willful contempt of court and harassment of a common citizen. I request ICICI Bank to comply immediately or face contempt proceedings.
