The issue that I have experienced was: I have purchased a car from the dealership in recently with in the first few day i pick up a fault on clutch they could not repair it till the technician that work on the car came back from leave they sent me email saying I must drive the car till he back at work drove tge car an tge gear box started making loud noise everytime the clutch was in the car finally went in they replaced the clutch however it still not right i complain to them an thy are aware about it an they can't seem to find tge fault as I drive tge car now the clutch goes flat after pumping it it appears iv also complained about the engine been noise at same time they changed the oil and timing chain and tensioner car is still making loud noise the Forman advise an said it could be the hydraulic lifters as well as oil light comea on but oil full. now the first installment went of on 1st of August

It occurred on: 24/06/2019

This meant that im totally not happy paying for a product that I'm not it getting value for money I been waiting for a substitution deal however they was adding to a new car finance for a shortfall a mouth they owe the bank to settle my car

Settle the car thy solde to me and work on a new deal or substitute my car for a same spec car similar to mine with similar mileage
