Aristocrat Motor I keep getting an unsolicited magazine from Aristocrat Motor Co

I keep receiving an unsolicited magazine from Aristocrat Motor Co. I've contacted their sales director multiple times (on 3/26, 12/14, 3/18, and 10/6) to request cancellation. Initially, on 3/26, I was assured I'd be removed from the mailing list, yet the magazine keeps arriving. What's the issue?

Aristocrat Motor I went to Aristocrat Motors and talked to a sales guy named ***

I went to Aristocrat Motors and talked to a sales guy named ***. He said the car I wanted to buy was "brand new" and the rims were too. It's a 2029 Maserati that only has 7k miles on it and it cost me about $66k. I bought it from out of State and I trusted the dealership. But when the car got to me, it had scratches on the rims and the back bumper and other problems too. The manager, ***, said he'd pay for the repairs and told me to go to any auto shop I wanted. I sent him the estimate and he said he'd find someone cheaper. But then he emailed me and said the dealership didn't have to pay for anything, even though they lied to me about the car. They haven't answered my emails since then. In ***'s last email, he CC'd the president, ***. I won't take the car like this and I want them to do things the right way.

Aristocrat Motor I bought a used 2018 Ford Taurus from Aristocrat Motors in Lees Summit, MO about 60 days ago

I bought a used 2018 Ford Taurus from Aristocrat Motors in Lees Summit, MO about 60 days ago. I got the Works service done at my local Ford dealership to make sure the car was in good shape. The tires and brakes were fine, but the wiring was messed up so bad that no programming can be done on the car. I tried to get another key from Ford, but they said the wiring was too messed up to program any new keys. So now, if the battery dies in my key fob while I'm out, I'm screwed. I won't be able to start the car and I'll have to get it towed. Other push-start cars have a backup system where you can start the car with a key, but not mine. The wiring is too messed up for that. This is a big problem that needs to be fixed ASAP. It's scary to think that I could be stranded one day because of this.

Aristocrat Motor I wanna talk about Aristocrat Motors

I wanna talk about Aristocrat Motors. I had some trouble with them and I wanna tell y'all about it. So, I'm an old man, 78 years old, and I bought a car from a used car dealership in 2019. It was a 2004 4matic and it had both an automatic and manual transmission, which I didn't know at the time. The car was sticking in first gear and I took it to a place in Olathe, Kansas to get it fixed. They said it was a bent steering column and I trusted them, so I let them fix it. But then, less than a week later, the same problem happened again. I took it back to Aristocrat and they said nothing was wrong with it. I was upset and talked to the service manager, but he didn't do anything. Finally, a nice black lady told me that the problem was that I was accidentally putting the car in manual mode and I just needed to shift it to get out of first gear. She showed me how to see what gear the car was in on the dashboard. She never mentioned anything about a bent steering column.

I had another problem with my car when I hit a pothole and messed up the front end. My insurance company paid for the repairs and the place in Olathe never mentioned a bent steering column. But when I told USAA that the problem was a bent steering column, they said to pay for the repairs and they opened a claim. Aristocrat said they couldn't send a picture of the damaged steering column because it had been towed away, so my claim was denied.

Since the nice lady at Aristocrat explained the problem to me, I haven't had any more problems with my car. But I still think they did me wrong by charging me for an unnecessary repair and not helping me with my insurance claim.
