Honda Motor review: find the weird sound reason of the new car

When I shut down my car. Sometimes I can hear a kind of sound. When I came to the store and shown the sound videos to the person, he said :now he can not hear any sound, and can do nothing for the sound check and repair. But the problem is that the sound sometimes appears and sometimes disappears. I want to know what's the sound reason, and in the future whether the car is safe for driving, this situation appeared about half a year since I bought this new crv honda. The store service attitude is irresponsible.

Now, my car is about 11000 miles, half a year before, I heard this sound, at that time, the car have run about six thousand miles.

The technician will receive the videos by email, and he will send to the higher technician to try to find the reason.hope them find the sound reason and solve the problem.
