Choice Home Warranty sent an AC Technician to my house to evaluate my home's AC unit. The AC Technician, Dameyan Jackson, was in my Attic and feel through the ceiling which damage the ceiling and the crown molding around the ceiling. The AC Technician came back 2 weeks later with Sheetrock to repair the hole, but didn't want to repair the crown molding. The AC Technician recommended I call Choice Home Warranty.

On August 2nd 2022 I had Scheduled an appointment with Andrew Ozanich the owner of Benchmark pest control and never so much as got a phone call trying to reschedule after an 8hr. wait... The above was installed on Apr. 26. 2022. The Inspection failed due to the Product listed for the Door and lockset. Last week the Master bedroom window sill the cement came apart and we sent them the picture but they have ignored us. There is water seeping in and IF mold settles in, remediation will be required. We have filed a complaint with the DBPR but there has been no response from The Dept.

The home and garden scented candle warm leather and amber was lit on my cabinet. I had it lit for a few hours and then it exploded the glass cracked and flew all over my kitchen cabinet. Brighter Blooms Nursery - Cross vine that dies
We purchased 4 $50 cross vine plants and within 40 days one had died; I was told that I could buy a warranty for $50 and they would replace the vine but their warranty is only 30 days. It took that long to make sure it did not survive as it was not healthy and we gave it a chance. They will not stand by their product and they will not replace the vine unless I buy the warranty.

Location 3145 49th Street Woodside... Compactor and Hopper not fixed. Tenants were made aware of a "Temporary". Out of service 03/06/2022. Its close to 2 months out of service and no residents have been advised to why. Some tenants are not able to walk down the stairs to throw out their garbage. Please look into this.
