Sunwing Memories Resort Varadero Cuba review: Booking [protected] sunwing vacation

Hi there. I have sent numerous forms to get refund for the most horrific holiday I had at MEMORIES in varadero cuba end of march. It was so terrible and I travel alot. after having the covid for 2 yrs and looking for a nice holiday I set out on sunwing to have a nice week in memories resort. OMG the locals came and took over the whole resort. Disrespect from the locals such as urinating in the pools with all their kids and I got a bladder infection and the doctor at resort had no medication for me. Suffered terribly. The locals ate all the food with line ups galore with them. they were filling up their tupperware with the food in buffet and leaving us tourists with no food. There was no milk, no orange juice, no booze as they seemed to have drank it all. teens had a blast doing that and eating all the food in the snack bars leaving us with no food or milk etc. I am asking for a refund or a voucher for $1105.00 to be put onto another holiday somewhere else thru sunwing in january or february 2023. I am sure you will understand my situation with holiday as you wouldnt have been happy either. ALSO on the plane we couldnt move our legs as we were tight to the seats in front of us. to go to washroom I had to stand up and go over 2 people to get to aisle and now that is not good. consider an elderly person trying to do that. not good. thank you and look forward to a refund or voucher to make me happy and look forward to another sunwing holiday in mexico, punta cana wherever but not cuba. linda mcguire, 19 windways crescent kanata, ont k2m 2p4 tel no.
