Home Creations review: New home. Major foundation failure within first year.

I purchased a new home from builder, Home Creations in May, 2024. Within months, I began to notice large cracks in walls, corners, baseboards, etc. I've now confirmed with multiple engineers that my home is facing major foundation failure — within the first year in this new home. I've been attempting for more than 4 months to get help from Home Creations. My home is rapidly continuing to deteriorate. This includes safety concerns - major cracks around the storm shelter they installed; windows that cannot open, doors will not properly close. Water is obviously breaching the foundation. I've received no help. Photos and video are available. Due to continuing deterioration after multiple requests for help per Home Creations' warranty, I'm now concerned that my new home cannot be fully repaired and restored to the value / price paid just one year ago.
