Cosmopolitan Projects. Sky City review: Unfair billing sky city. Bad services

I moved to sky city end of May and my June statement shows that I must pay R430.00 and July shows R5340.00 that shows [censored] JNL REVERSAL of R4584.97 of which they Cosmo people can not explain and the municipality told me to talk to Cosmo. Clearly I am paying for something I did not use. I think we made a huge mistake for choosing cosmopolitan projects.

AND SECOND

My shower is leaking from inside because I see water dripping from the bottom corner if someone is using the shower, I emailed on Sunday night and the response was "we will attend to the issue as soon as possible" nobody called me to see if I'm ok or what. The houses are new houses not second hand but they have more problems than second hand.

Please fix your mess and let us live in harmony. We can not afford to pay for your water you used the time you were building our houses.
