Window World of DC Inc review: Front door installation problems not fix since february 2022

Window World came 2/1/22 and left late night after putting in new front door at Germantown Maryland house. I reported the front door problems on 2/3/22 with pictures and email (aluminum base plate crack 3 pieces, trim did not fitting the door bottom, inside door frame used empty aluminum cover instead of wood frame after ripping off my main door wood frames) showing damages. I have pictures and video(s) showing the NEW FRONT DOOR PROBLEMS.

Since February, I called many times and email many times to Window World. Window World acknowledge the problems but keep giving excuse waiting for company owner to decide how to repair. Problems still there waiting on Window World. This is terrible paid $8K for this brand NEW front door. Installation is bad and service is bad and making excuses instead of fixing the installation problems.

Need help to ensure company like this not abuse and scam the customers. Also need help to resolve these problems as soon as possible.
