I had a contract with Stonewater Roofing to replace the singles on my roof and to repair some mold damage inside the den. On 08-18-2019 Stonewater roofing removed my singles, Wind turbines, and a dryer vent from my roof. I had asked them to not drop bundles of singles from a worker's shoulder onto the roof. They did do this and broke one Perlin and cracked one Rafter in my attic. They charged for 3 wind turbines but installed a ridge vent instead. When they arrived, they started removing everything on my roof. This is where the problem started. I had two-bathroom vents that vented into one of the wind turbines. When they removed the wind turbines, they just let the bath vent duct drop down into the attic and left them there. Then they removed a 4-inch vent cap that was where my dryer vented through the attic. When they did, they pulled my dryer vent pipe loose inside the wall. When they put the new roof back on, they installed a ridge vent, but did not cut the opening per standard. They took a 6-inch vent cap and squeezed it down to go through the roof for my dryer, I noticed that my dryer vent on the roof was not Stright and it would not open. I looked into the attic and noticed that the dryer vent pipe was not connected to the roof vent. I let Stonewater know what I had observed, and they sent a 2 man crew out the next day to fix these problems. The broken Perlin was replaced, but the rafter was not fixed. They could not fix the dryer vent, so the man in charged said he would have to call his supervisor to come over. A few minutes later 2 more men showed up and got the vent pipe inside the wall back together, but it only went to within 4 inches of the vent cap. I told him this is not acceptable. He got mad and came out of the attic and left to go get the right vent cap. He took off at a high rate of speed and got a ticket for speeding before he got out of the neighborhood. He came bake later and fixed the dryer vent and left. No one had noticed that the bathroom vent ducts were just lying in the attic. In a few weeks a man came by to fix the mold. He only tried to seal it and repaint. Now comes the problem. The bath vents were venting into the attic for over a year. not going to fresh air. I opened my attic staircase one day and noticed that it was extremely hot. I called Stonewater because when I had the wind turbines, it was nowhere near that hot. They sent 2 managers out, and they agreed it was too hot and that the ridge vents were not working as they should. They agreed to remove the ridge vent and put the wind turbines back, which they did. One of them made a comate that one reason it was so hot was that the dryer vent was venting into the attic. I ask where he was talking about, and he pointed toward the east side of my house. I told him that that is bath vents, not my dryer. The dryer is on the other end of my house. He said that they had fixed it anyway. A couple of days after they had left, my wife noticed that when we turn one bathroom vent on, you can hear it in the other bathroom vent. Also, you can get the smell from one bathroom to the other. I climbed into the attic and discovered that the Stonewater employees has connected the 2-bathroom vent ducts together. They were venting from one bathroom to the other bathroom. I found some tape left from the singling of my roof in the attic, and I tied them up temporary. I called Stonewater and they sent a supervisor out the next day. He went into the attic and saw the vent ducts that need to be tied in correctly. We discussed the cracked rafter that had never been fixed and mold that had reappeared in the den. He said he would turn this in. Before he left, he mentioned something about Covid-19. I told him that I had had it, but my wife did not get it, but she is taking Chemo treatments for cancer. I ask him if he was vaccinated and he said no, he didn't know what was in it and wasn't going to be vaccinated. I called the office the next day and ask the lady who answered the phone to make sure that when they sent someone out to make these repairs, that it is someone who is vaccinated for Covid-19. A few days later I received a call from Stonewater and was told that none of their crew were vaccinate, but they would find someone else they would contract to come to my house. A few days later I received a call from a man that said Stonewater had given him my number to call about making the repairs. I ask him if Stonewater had said who was paying for it. He said I guess you are, they told me to contact you. I told him I was not paying for the repairs, and he hung up. I never received another call. I notice some mold on a couple of the rafters. I have had it tested and were told that it has to be from moister getting into my attic. I sent an email to Stonewater this year, but never received a response. In April of this year, I wrote a letter to the President of Stonewater. A few days later I received a call from the Vice President of Stonewater and he and the Supervisor who had been out here before made an appointment and came out and looked at my problem. They talked about the heat in the attic, and said maybe I needed a power vent, but denied any of the responsibly. They ask me to get a moister meter and check the moister in the attic, which I have done, plus I had my AC company check it also and it is within normal range. They did say they would fix the rafter, but as of today it has not been done. I have talked to the VP about the mold and the fact that it came back where their contractor was supposed to remove it and the fact that that the 2-bathroom vents were venting that moister into the attic could be the cause of the mold. He has denied any responsibly. He even made the statement that the Gutter Helmet that is on my gutters could be part of the problem. They have been on the roof for the eleven years I have lived here, and I have never had a problem with mold in the attic until Stonewater installed the roof

Desired outcome: Fix my rafter and eliminate the mold.
