I canceled my reservation about 11:30p last night before the 11:59p deadline on the website. I made arrangements to continue my stay at my present location. Upon switching out my current account, I noticed they had charged me $1300.00 for a reservation I canceled. When I called, I was told the reservation was still active. I try to explain that it couldn't be because I did cancel, and the website kept asking 3 or 4 times are you sure you wish to cancel and the answer was yes, which is odd why keep asking the same question.
It was even worse, for I never received a confirmation number.
When clicking on the website, I surely did not know this wasn't the hotel website. Because I know they only mess you over.
Desired outcome: Refund my money
