Morenergy Services Inc. review: Hot water tank 1

This organization placed a Notice of Security against my property title, without my knowledge.

Mr. John Nassar is non responsive to calls to have this changed and reversed. I haven't had a water tank with them since 2010. Their installation in 2008 was a disaster and I had to get another tank. Flooded my basement with the poor installation and leaking down into the side insulation wall of the tank.

According to the website the company no longer exists however he has other companies, not registered with BBB might I add.

the matter at hand is Mr. John Nassar is not returning my calls to remove this off my property title as I am securing a mortgage and this needs to be removed.

My Lawyer has attempted contact also and he is unresponsive.
